My Queen Arrived and she's a Hostile Goblin

In a world made with a bit of modding, the Queen of the Dwarves is a goblin.  She arrived at my fortress after meeting the 'Becoming the Capital' requests, and she's hostile!  :o

I'm thinking she's a candidate for 'Deep Magma Exploration'

Sounds like it would call for solitary confinement, in a regally decorated jail cell. All her attendants should be armored, but not military.

I think the best way to go would be to get her a royal harem. I wonder if other goblins will attack her?

The real trick is going to be avoiding a goblin queen related loyalty cascade.  Best kill her in some way that doesn't dirty dwarven hands.  I wonder... if she's hostile will she just trigger traps and get caged/gibbed hilariously?

Unfortuately the retinue that arrived with her caused a loyalty issue. She attacked the first on the scene, and was immediately demoted to 'Goblin'

The squad made short work of her >:(

At which point you quarantined the squad and doused them in magma/drowned them/fed them to a FB, right?  Otherwise you're in for a LOT of ‼fun‼

If they started a loyalty cascade they would've started killing each other, too.

Here's what you do: Make her into a Goblin Goldilocks. Trap her in a cage trap. Built a tower as high as you can with her royal bedroom at the top. Release her in there and seal the tower.

Now, your dwarfs will aspire to get to her and free her from her prison. From now on, every goblin that stumbles on your fort will help the aspiring dwarf heroes. Whenever a dwarf kills a goblin, smelt the goblinite down into metal blocks, and the killing dwarf will use that block to build a stairway up to her window. The dwarf that gets to build the last stairway gets the honor of deconstructing her window.
