Etgfrogs cast Farsight on the sector 97, 43. He discovers the sector has the town of Stavewilds. The mayor is currently Nenita Fralix, an NPC. The town is guarded by 18 Rookie Town Guards, 30 Seasoned Town Guards, 15 Veteran Town Guards.
>.> I saw girlinhat around.  The mayor is chasing me around by her lonesome... I didn't loot the treasure room.

I looted the treasure room.  I also slaughtered the guards.  May the dwarves prosper!  ETG can have the town, or whoever wants to take it before the next day tick if he doesn't grab it.  There will be more towns to topple.

Veteran guards are refreshingly easy compared to the Elite.  ...  You could probably think of each guard as equivalent to a dungeon level, if you don't include the +stats from town buildings.
Rookie Guard = Level 1 Dungeon
Seasoned Guard = Level 2 Dungeon
Veteran Guard = Level 3 Dungeon
Elite Guard = Level 4 Dungeon

EDIT: Also, I'm banned from Stavewilds cause of that murder spree.

Elite guards are also equipped with fire weapons for splash damage, which is scary.

Just to know, which kinds of guards did Ashford have? And how low was its prosperity when it was captured?

Do you have any particular cities you want for yourself for your first four, girlinhat? I'm thinking of attacking Pastopus in a couple of days.

It was down to like 8 when I capped it, and it had like 15 rookie and 1 veteran, but had 35 elite guards that weren't paid and were not active.  It was exceptionally easy to strike down.

As for what I want, I'll mostly be going for the 3 others closest to Ashford.  I want to claim things in local areas, so I'd have adjacent towns and not have to run to corners of the map for my cities.  Anyone who's played Mount and Blade knows what I mean.

Ok I'll leave Pastopus for you then. I just Farsighted it, and stuck a note on the map:

Quote
The town is guarded by 8 Rookie Town Guards, 8 Seasoned Town Guards, 3 Veteran Town Guards, 25 Elite Town Guards.

If you want them all really close then Pastous, Rothaven are a given. And lastly, Rogue's Haven, unless you want to try taking over one of the red cities which are closer to Ashford.

Gonna be a tad more levels before I'm able to, but yes that's the plan.

I think it might be a good idea to be chummy with the green+orange players, and capture the red cities in our area. I offered Green some money for his castle north of Ashford which I'm occupying. It's a good deal since he didn't build the castle, he took it from Red, but it will keep the nearby neighbour in a good mood.

I don't think we should really concern ourselves with them right now.  When we get the kingdom down, then we can interact, but right now there's plenty of unclaimed cities for us to harvest.

SO! I've been hanging around Waspnesse instead of Ashford (primarily because of quests, sorry Girlinhat ._.)
And upon login today...(just to check due to sickness and me being in the best stated words of 'bleh')

Umm...does this entail something something? While I am appreciative of this...I am also extremely curious about this in a very neutral way.

You know what would be more effective than seizing those Red castles repeatedly? Try razing them next. If you want to really slow the guy down, that's what to do. He'll have to rebuild and reorganize garrisons, taking up hundreds of turns.

Same reaction the first time I saw it. :P
Just the highest level of respect from the town. I think they give discounts and I know running for mayor is easier during elections. Be warned that attacking the town can reset this (or drop into negatives and then you can't enter for a time).

And that's how you convince a party to kill you on sight @_@
