I've been checking all the towns I raid before hitting them. Took 7 from NPC mayors and one from a player who wasn't B12, plan on taking more NPC mayored towns soon now that people are killing my mayors. Maybe I can get enough to declare a kingdom again tomorrow. Don't have the extra turns to just keep retaking places, so I'll let Tyler6498 have the town he took.

That was yours? There was a different guy in this morning and I assumed it was that guy and struck him down for his outrageous tax fee. I'm sorry, I promise I'll be more careful next time, also I didn't take the town it was more or less a raid to kick that overpriced town's butt.

I believe we're talking about full scale colonisation here.  You don't just leave all your shit in the van when you move house.

lol, I took it because the taxes were high myself. I lowered the taxes to base 10 25 per level immediately.

Now I have to save up more turns and conquer an 8th town before starting a kingdom. Oh well.

The raid must have been easy, since I killed all the guards and only had like 2 left (was recruiting 25 more tomorrow).

I don't even really WANT any towns, just to be a traveling mercenary group and raid towns that selfishly make me pay like 300 (current I understand the rise with levels) gold to enter.

I think that was the town that made me pay like 1700 to get in. I still paid it to make sure it wasn't a B12er before I took it, though.

Then I ransacked the place and cut the taxes down so that I'd only have to pay 410. And a level 8 player would only need to pay 210. Level 8 player under the original thing would have had to pay 900.

There is a garrison here owned by the party "Acquisitions, Inc." (Kingdom of Dobell ).
Three of my men down in one round. Flee'd. I'll get them later.

There's a rich dungeon at 1,6 (or was it 1,8?). I had so much stuff I had to leave stuff behind. 15+ Chests. I made about 8k from it.

The one I mentioned has a similar number of chests, if not more, with one "treasure room" on the second level.
It's level 1 though, so best suited for <lvl 8-10 parties.

Nah the one I was talking about is just to the Northwest of Dour Cities, really helped fund my mayoral campaign considering I managed to make a profit of like 10k gold from that run.

Found a dungeon at 49,94.
Made a 15k profit and later bought a lvl 11 human mage.

Won the election of Dour Cities, now to figure out whatever the hell I'm doing. :P

Also apparently whatever money you spend on your campaign you get back if you win.

Welp, assuming someone doesn't steamroll my cities over night, I'll be forming a kingdom tomorrow.

The king shall be Urist Nudenanil, some homeless dwarf I picked up cheap in the recruitment office who had been sitting on his ass for the last 30 days with no job. I gave him a bath, suited him up in platemail, and told him to rule justly.

Now i just need a name. I was thinking of something in DF dwarven, for flavor.

Maybe: Anilosor Osram
Which in DF means "The Glorious Kingdom of Fortune"

Or maybe something more humorous, like: Edosul Nilun
Which kinda sounds important, but translates as "The Amazing Pants of Wearing"

Any suggestions?
