I am hanging around near Silver Dale for a quest to kill the non-existant monsters... What a waste of turns this has been so far.

They wander into the area quite often, only takes about 10 turns per 2 group. Scout every 2 movements and you'll get their scent.

Edit;
Well, that's me done for the next few hours... Notice my "turns" below.

Location: 35, 91 Level: 6 Gold: 1214 Turns: -1 More Turns In: 43 minutes Movement Factor: 3

xD. -1 !

I've completed my mapping of the dungeon at 48,25 near Juniperfort and Valiantsand and confirmed that there were no secret areas there. Having thoroughly looted the place, I proceeded to do a slew of quests for Juniperfort and then travelled westwards to the independent town of Millcross, situated somewhere in the wild borderlands between the kingdom of Staberinde and the kingdom of Time.

I'm embarrassed to admit that my party only consists of 2 dwarves of a total of seven members, the complete list being:

Regdar of Flourlake, human warrior
Korgan Coallungs, dwarf warrior
Elora Dannan, human priest
Jone Sear, dwarf priest
Carnagan the Red, human mage
Safaya Swyfte, elf archer
Beulah Honeysucker, human archer

Currently my party consists of three Dwarves: Rilder Elephantchaser, Ketil Magmawriter,(Warriors) and Anita Geartunnels(Archer) as well as Solmund Lancethruster, a human mage.  Our little group also has an Elf slave girl by the name of Babic who does priest duties (apparently the constant beatings makes her very pious)

Every time I visit a recruitment center I'm tempted to sell my mage. I have it on good authority however, that they'll rock in later levels and so consider it a long-term investment, the stupid git.

1. Sell Mage
2. Buy Warrior
3. Kill lots of monsters
4. Buy better Mage
5. ???
6. PROFIT.

==============

This is why I log off in the wilds, rather than being a pussy and holing up in a city;

Day 1102
We were attacked by a group of 3 Bugbears, 3 Goblins and 3 Skeletons at sector 35, 91 and crushed them like the maggots they are!
The battle lasted 3 rounds, and 0 spells were cast.
We dealt out 86 in damage, and sustained 0 deaths.
In return, we took 1 in damage, and inflicted 9 deaths.
We gained a total of 145 xp and 27 gold from the battle

Just made a new team after my last embarrassing wipe. I'm going to do some studying of the land, figure out what cities we should capture for our kingdom. Tally ho! My team, because I feel like describing junk.

Spoiler: Blah blah (click to show/hide)

Yeah, was bored. Anyways, to adventure!

The maximum is 8, but some guy has 108 or so. Check the leaderboards. I guess he leaves a pool of them in garrisons and such.

In other news, I've just tested out my new "Puush" program I've installed. Pretty neat. Here's a screenshot of me whooping ass;

WHAT? TRAP? IT'S A TRAP!

Awesome.

Spent... I think I'll watch supernatural now, though. Then do some work on Via Stella's geography I guess.

This is my 2nd party, this one completely custom-named and custom-made based off of characters from my Fantasy series. :) Though the human warrior is the leader of this party (me), descendant of Arkh god of Justice and War, my head-dwarf is currently the brawn behind the brains ;)

Clan of Aurea:

Kryndor Stonecleaver, Dwarven Axemaster, level 3, wielding 12 dam/9 fac handaxe (just had to trade in his sword for an axe haha, blacksmith boosted once), 3 def steel shield, 1 def Head scarf, and 17 def Splint Mail (Boosted @ blacksmith, only item I've found in a treasure chest)

Overall at 20 str, 3 int, 14 agi, 6 div, 18 con, 24/24 hp, 29 atk-fac, 35 def, 12 damage, and 3(5) movement, he is by far my greatest warrior, strongest attacker, and most well-defended, as a true Dwarven Axemaster should be!

Then, comes me, Ehndras Aurea, Human warrior, with 25 attack, 26 defense, 8 damage, 3 (5) movement and 23/23 hp, at 18 Str, 5 in, 15 agi, 3 div, and 18 con. Original store-bought scalemail and longsword all the way :D Going to blacksmith 'em soon to make him on-par with Herr Stonecleaver once I get some cash.

Besides them, are Lysandra Brand the warrior mercenary I hired, Aryk Skyhammer my priest, Kialah Voidreach the Elven sling-thrower, and Solarion the Eagle, Elven longbowman.

My party is between levels 2 and 3, and nothing in the sewer is capable of even hitting us anymore, even groups of 8-9 creatures, and I can easily kill dark elves, goblins and skeletons now :)

Trust me, buying even cheap armor will save you ass.

Yea, my party is outfitted in plate now and nothing can hurt them. They're all stuck in a dungeon now, I got teleported elsewhere in the dungeon and ran out of turns trying to find my way out. I noticed those little portals and avoided them, but one square teleported me that didnt even have a portal icon. It ported me to another level and I've been looking all over for stairs back up :D

Have my priest memorizing the portal spell to get us out of here tomorrow if I can't find a way out, but as much as I've explored I expect I'll find stairs up eventually. My guys are getting a bit low on arrows, came in with 1000 arrows and only have around 200 left. Tons of loot, though. Found two treasure rooms.
