I plan to reroll my party. The new one is gonna be pure Elven sniper sisters, probably with one Mage. The build will rely on pure damage.

Thinking of the following stats:
STR 17
AGI 18
INT 1
DIV 1
CON 18

(INT and DIV has negative modifiers)

Will this work?

EDIT: Can't have negative modifiers. :( So... new stats:

STR 8
AGI 18
INT 7
DIV 5
CON 15

It will probably work for lower levels, or purely for dungeon crawling. If you want to get involved in politics, you need different skills, which rely on certain stats, so need more balanced characters. You can always build those characters later on of course.

So far The Muffin Sisters or whatever I named them work really well. They steamroll any brave rats and ferrets in their way, lol. What skills are required for politics? Can you please elaborate?

What skills are required for politics?
As far as I remember, for participation in city elections are allowed only characters who have reached level 8.
And

3. You can raid [towns] from level 8
You can always find out more about the game on the official forum (there is a link right on the main page of the game)

No particular skills required, but some help a lot. Have a look at the descriptions of the skills when you level up. (I'm going to make these more easily available very soon).

This game is -awesome- but arghhhh mages and clerics are hard to keep alive! My beloved level 2 mage disintegrated in combat. I'm so sad. :(

Yea, armor em up first.  They are pretty weak/useless during the lower levels and get into their own once geared and +10 in levels.

Another release, another swag of changes. To kick things off, there are two new item types, Amulets and Rings. Now you can load your characters up with even more enchantments. Standard FRPG fare, of course, but new to Kingdoms.

Also added is the new Priest spell "Farsight", which lets you scout any sector in the wilderness. It will reveal details of buildings, orbs, dungeons and creatures there, as well as the defences of towns. Extremely useful for recon before raiding a town.

Something experienced Kingdoms players will love is the option to train a new character from the recruitment markets. This is available from party level 12, and costs a bit, but lets you choose the class, race and stats for the recruit.

Another addition is the 'Majesty' rating for kingdoms. This is calculated based on the kingdom's towns, parties, land and buildings. If one kingdom has the highest rating for 8 days running, they will be awarded the "Crown of Majesty"

I've only described some of the main changes, but as usual, there's a huge list - check it out! http://kingdoms-game.com/player/changelog

Awesome! I'll definitely consider returning :)

Whatever happened to those B12 kingdoms we founded? o.O I helped found one of them, forgot which. Hell if I remember anymore.

Mountainhome, but it ended up getting destroyed thanks to Staber-something playing a "I don't care if you take it back, I'll just take it again without any effort." strategy...

It really gets tiring fighting that.

That sort of strategy is much easier to defend against now

Hmm.. yes true, players can now build up some nice defenses at some cost, most players won't be able to assault some of the highly invested towns....  Keyword being most.
Perhaps if elections/democracy catches hold in a number of those fortified towns...  but yea... as a town manager myself...  I would suppress that in a most brutal fashion...

So this is called Crown of Conquest now? I'm heading in to see if anything's changed, so I thought I'd bump for likewise proposals :D.

Hey there! Bringing this topic instead of a new one just to see interests but, anyone up for starting a new? I did not too long ago. Staberinde is strong, but we might pull through. Or something, they've covered a deal of the map at least.

Got a email saying no one ever played on the servers or something :P
