Weirdsound and Sinpwn, you need to change your actions since it involves trying to enter the hub, which you know IC can't be entered.

I posted some actions before that. Default to those.

I know Sinpwn has some stuff he wanted to do first, so he's fine now, but I don't see anything other than RP from you after the last turn. Could you post a link to the action you are referring to?

My action was to see if the miners had made any progress in mining ores required for the spider.

In case Brier dosn't show up to RP before the update my action will be...

Create some plant matter saddlebags so that my chimera golem can hold lots of stuff. Include compartments for the warrior bugs to hide in. Get some sleep.

Dwarmin's curse still seems present, even though this is a different computer from the one the curse started on. I got off of Sinpwn never going below 11 even with about ten rolls, to Dwarmin getting four twos in a row. Man, that disaster perk is actually causing disasters to happen.

Need actions from Dwarmin and miceclus. Irony and adwarf, either continue the RPing, or post an action. None of this has to be done immediately, just when you can.

Oh yeah.

Sorry, sorry. My last action just had me reeling.  :P

I've tried to play my character seriously and that happens...I sort of lost interest for awhile. I'll do something quick right now.

All of the parasite-suit fungus latched onto Thanatos and can't be made again.

I thought I had three fungus. One got all corrupted and became the suit, one was parasitic, and one was corruption resistant.

As I recall, the parasitic one became the suit.

I thought Cicatrix stopped feeding the Parasitic one corrupted gunk after learning that it was Parasitic. Whatever wasn't Parasitic nor Corruption Resistant became the suit methinks.

If this isn't true, please remind me of the special property of the non-corruption resistant Fungus that I still have access to.

You can go back and read this stuff you know. I understand that my Memory of Suck is working spectacularly right now, but I don't enjoy thinking too deeply when I'm preparing to sleep.
Short version: you made the parasite, anti-corruption, and volatile corruption grenade fungi types. You experimented on the first two because the third was, according to both of us, either too corrupt to continue mutating, or just right. When you corrupted the first, it became volatile and got stuck to, and purified by, the avatar. The second became invisible to corruption.
To answer your question, the third has the ability to be made into a weapon, or added to an existing one. Or you can just ker'splode the samples on things, but that's not very inventive.
Long version: too lazy to remember it all.

I think your memory is bad... Lets check the old posts.

Quote
One of the fungi has taken on a coating effect, further corruption may even evolve it into something she could use.
The second shows signs of being parasitic, but offering some kind of natural weapon. There is little assurance of what it does, so Cicatrix considers it a "maybe" on the use list.
The final seems to simply be adapting to guard against corruption. She has little use for it, but there are practical uses that could be applied to it, most likely.

Cicatrix wakes up feeling refreshed and not caring in the least about the explosion. After quickly wandering around to determine that neither Veranus nor Ba had returned to the Hub she launches into her activities for the day. She pulls the fungi out of the jars and gives them a good looking over.

"Still in development..." She whispers upon examining the first. "I will have to find out what this grows up to be."

She picks up the second and cradles it with care. "This is almost exactly what I am looking for, baring some miraculous mutation from the first, this is what will play into my plan..."

Cicatrix almost breaks out in a joyous laughter upon noticing the special trait of the third fungus species. "Natural defence against corruption? I bet I can use this to protect Ba and the others from the influence of the Dark Ones!"

The old sorceress tends to them a bit before turning her attention to her goal for the day: Preparing for a trip to the soul realm.

Action: Cicatrix feed just a bit more slop to fungi 1 and fungi 3 to encourage their development. She will leave #2 as it is for the time being. Cicatrix will then turn her attention to her bugs. If the queens have produced more offspring she will modify the new batch to produce a chemical that induces deep sleep and lucid dreams. If there are no new offspring Cicatrix will mutate her familiar to produce this substance instead.

I numbered the Fungi in the order you described them, a bit confusing perhaps, but It dose look like the Parasitic one (#2) was not supposed to be involved in the experiment that gave the Guardian his suit. If you want we can just handwave this as 'Cicatrix made a mistake and fed slop to the wrong fungi', but I would like to still have the Parasitic stuff to work with. :)
