I honestly think it would be better to wait for a BM to stary new guy, it may not seem that hard to play a mafia game meant for people who aren't really beginners, but it kind of is. But then again, you can do whatever you want.

Check out this thread. You'll find that you should probably play a BM first, lest ye get torn to shreds by the more experienced players. Think said he'd post the next BM tomorrow. You can wait a day.

I've played mafia before, just not on forums. Actually I played once on forums but I got NKed night one.

Obviously you haven't read the thread I linked you to.

It doesn't matter how many IRC games you've played before this PBP one. They're largely irrelevant. PBP Mafia is a whole new ball game. You have a lot more time to examine posts, and it's very easy to go back through them. You should probably take up a BM just to get used to this, if not because you're inexperienced.

Besides, I've heard that the way we play mafia is different from other forums. And I know it's different from IRC.
