"Thank you for your time, elders. I will do all that I can to continue the Urists."
That done, Brier headed back to his workshop and his diagrams, he had much to think about.

Head back and start plans for a very small, modular, spider-like clockwork robot.

Seiyas sat thoughtfully for a while, pondering what to do. The most obvious course of action was simply to seek out stone outside, but as long as she was in the study, she felt like taking a break. As long as she was at it, she might as well search through that book for anything to help her- she wanted this golem to be perfect, after all.

Read through book, especially anything on especially large golems, or anything about the effects of materials on them.

    Forrel mini
Forrel looks over the board. The single most wanted of them all is a woman named Hex Tiberius Imperatrix. It doesn't list why she's wanted. Now that he looks at it, none of these bounties list reasons. They're simply "wanted" for some reason.
Continuing down the list is the second most wanted. It says his name is Cowboy Dan the Emperor Lich. His bounty is only one platinum and artifact smaller than the most wanted, and these two are leagues ahead of the rest.
The third most wanted sticks out. His name is crossed out. It seems his bounty was collected recently by some fairly unknown bounty hunter. The criminal's name was Nathaniel Pierce the Mountain Eater.
The following bounties are rather unremarkable compared to the top three, and Forrel eventually stops reading to rest his eyes.

Newman stood up, and looked around the room he was in, it was the barracks, and it was a bit cramped, but it was good enough for a living spot, or it had been till now. 'Those days are far behind me, all I can do is look forward in the hopes of finding answers to my life. In the end we are all, but a fly before a tiger, though if we try hard enough we can become something far more powerful then we seem.' He thought as he walked out the front entrance, and began looking around for a library of some sort. His two swords clinked slightly as they tapped together, otherwise perfectly still where they lay on back.

OOC: Sorry if I've been distracted from this lately...

Enough, Veranus thought. The bed was getting too comfortable-she was getting too soft. It was time to recover! She would demand her weapons and armor and begin training once again. No one was coming to recuse her, so she would have to get back to the fort by herself.

Actions: Veranus goes to reclaim her weapons and armor. She begins physical recuperation, pushing her body to heal and keeping fit so she can fight again. Spar with the local warriors and make friends among them.

    Brier
Brier quickly hurries out of the cave, and begins drawing the design of a machine in the shape of a spider. Without any real purpose in mind, the blueprints are easy to draft. It has eight legs around a spherical core that could hold mana to power it. The legs are designed to move easily enough, and not damage the ground it moves on.
The materials he'd need are copper, silver, several small cogs, and a stone to hold mana.
    Veranus Tigerclaw
Veranus tries to get her equipment back, but is met with disappointment. The spear was damaged beyond repair, and a new one needed to be forged. Her armor was too torn up, and would need another day or so to be fully repaired. Her shield was... Not worth recovering. Regardless,Veranus used the training area the hall had to exercise. Her body was still sore though, so she could only go for an hour before her arms could barely move. A physical therapist helps her back to her bed and advises her not to try exercising so soon after nearly dying.
    Forrel de Yahmiz
Forrel is led to a smaller room where another receptionist is waiting. The receptionist leads Forrel and Tince into yet another room where a man in simple, brown winter robes and expensive-looking fur gloves waits.
"So I hear you want to establish a trade route. Shall we begin negotiations, or is there anything I should know first?"
    Cicatrix Greywood Greenflower
Cicatrix grabs a small piece of the plants that comprise her semi-mobile greenhouse and tries to grow it into a labyrinth. At first passively, but getting progressively more active and irritated as it refused to grow to more than the size of her home. She eventually settles down, takes a sip of the continually overflowing mana spilling onto her floor. This labyrinth would need to be built over several days, and just wasn't worth getting so upset over.
Cicatrix was out of practice, and she'd need to become more powerful before she could continue. She did however recall some of her knowledge of nature magic.
    Ba'gandi Kashi
Ba and Cyrano began heading north. The blizzard was strong as ever, and it took several hours to reach the end of the chain. In front of them was the CGA building Forrel was in. The receptionist welcomes Cyrano and tells him the bounty he turned in is read to be collected.
"I've got plenty of crap from these bounties. You want a cut?"
    Seiyas Stormclaw
Seiyas manages to pound through another few chapters of the book taking all the information in with ease. Sadly, the book writer's definition of large is vastly different from the one Seiyas used. The smallest "large" golem detailed was the size of a mountain. The definition of small was what Seiyas decided to use, as it was about four times the size of herself. More than large enough. She'd need a lot more stone first, but she at least had an idea of what she needed to do and how to control it now.
A young man Seiyas didn't recognize enters the building.
    Newman Armsdale
Newman searches around for a library, going from room to room, locked building to locked building, and eventually finds his way to the study. He enters and sees some kind of demonic halfling joyfully reading a book.

Cicatrix blindly wanders the hub, asking around until she finds Brier in his workshop. The necromancer clears her throat and speaks up, hoping to get an answer before the Deep Elf dose something else to blow himself up again. "So, I heard it's you walking around and unweaving the doors open. If that is true, I am impressed."

She pauses for a bit before determining that asking directly would be the best way to gauge his level of hostility towards her. "I have had some history with the Deep Elves... and I'm not sure how much you know of me, so I shall be up front. Is there any bad blood between us that I should be aware of?"

Seiyas pondered this new information. It briefly occurred to her to wonder just what sort of author would consider a mountain-sized golem as the small end of "large," but she quickly shrugged the thought away. She supposed she'd need nothing less to challenge Hyperion anyway, not that she'd ever particularly intended to do that personally. Still, a golem the size of a mountain...

What really mattered now, though, was that she had the information she needed for her project with Cicatrix. Or at least most of it, probably. Well, no matter. She'd have been fine attempting it without the book anyway, it was just the stone she couldn't very well do without...

Upon noticing the new arrival, she put the book down and rose to face him. Her posture was a bit excited, which probably wasn't the most reassuring sight in the world, even if it wasn't overtly hostile.

"Oh? What are you doing here?"
