Where there was this teenage guy, and he would fight things and then swap body parts with them? He had a wookie-like friend, then this Greenish frog like friend. It was on during the early 2000s I figure, on Saturday mornings on Kids WB/Fox.

It's just been itching me lately.

EDIT: Found it. I was thinking Galator, and that lead me to the Merlin series (which I read and enjoyed), but the series is actually Galidor.
