...I think I'll refuse to comment on that.

I also admire Toady's dwarflike spirit. Dwarves tend to be like "What do ye mean, me arm's chopped off? I've still got the other to haul with!" I just hope that the other dwarves people in his fortress neighborhood don't forget to bring him food and water...

But he did say that he once had a conversation with a reanimated leg, so at the very least it could join him on his adventures and block a couple of goblin arrows.

I refuse to believe that chopping up the creator of Dwarf Fortress in the hope that his remains will be reanimated is anything other than the best possible course of action for us to take at the moment.
