bug 734 reproduction case

Load up 38a or previous.
Trap a miner in behind a screw pump.
Dig westward into a path component that would be connected if not for the pump.
PROFIT!!!111!  I mean, bug.

Which means that the screw pump fix that went in to 38b fixed bug 734.

The original thread didn't mention a screw pump.  Was that it then?

Until recently, very fortress I played would involve a big pumping operation, so there were dozens of screw pumps getting built and removed all over the place; indeed, the usual reason I'd have a trapped miner would involve pumping water into the wrong place.  I haven't noticed the bug at all in 38b.  So I think screw pumps are the most parsimonious explanation.

If it crops up again I'll of course let you know.

Okay, I've changed it to green from purple.  Green is the superior color.
