Power overwhelming
« on: March 06, 2008, 06:02:00 pm »

I built a windmill mechanism thing that generated 60 units of power and hooked it up to a screwpump. However, to run the whole thing, ti took a lot more than 60 units of power. The pump still started pumping, even though there wasn't enoguh power to run the pump.

I was also using the Mac version (PPC) if that needs to be taken into account.

Was the rest of the machine running?  What did the power readout say?  Do you still have a save (it would be fun to see if the PPC save works out)?

The problem disappeared suddenly. It was really weird. I have no idea how to make a save.

It's called quitting the game and then copying the /data/save/region folder.

Er... I mean Ner'Zhul...

Sorry.  No content here.  I just can't resist (semi-)obscure references.

'We are vigilant...'

Damn, now you've got me doing it.  Good thing I don't have StarCraft nearby, I might be tempted to start playing it again.
