I don't believe that we have enough players to begin the game. We need several more to fill out the factions.

Several more is a bit too ambitious, hopefully we'll get 2 or three more people. If not we'll start soon.

Sorry for the double post, but maybe we can get more people if there is a bit more of an explanation of what this game is. The way it is written I'd say it's an epic game of cat and mouse between the Secret-Keepers and the Agency with the Truth-Seekers in the middle to add to the confusion. Toss in the fact that no one really knows who is in what faction and it becomes a cloak and dagger game as well. We still need more people though...

Honestly all we need is one secret keeper and one agency guy, maybe two agency guys so they have a partner thing going on, the rest are people caught in the middle.

I. . .don't really know how much more in depth the OP could be. Basically, we GM'S create world events, and the players play through them, freeform style. That's the only part that wasn't totally clear, iirc.

Okay, currently we have 4 Secret Keepers, 3 Truth Seekers, and 2 Agency members (Including the "leaders"). If we ever need another person on any side, one of the GM's will just make a temporary character. Since the leader of the Agency won't be getting out much, im sure JC will create an NPC to help out the other Agency member.

I'll start when the other GM's say they are ready.

I suppose you could hire a truth-seeker into the Agency mid-game if you think you can trust them. Might keep things interesting.

Yeah, one of the orignal idea's for Truth Seekers is that they could eventually join either one of the sides if they wanted to. Although i'll probally only allow that if either we get an influx of truth seekers, or a really small amount of Agency/Secret Keepers when we hit the mid game point.

We'll probally be starting tomorrow afternoon/night. I also got done reading Firestarter by Stephen King just recently, so don't be suprised if I take some inspiration from it :P
