Send messengers to all the major storm coast powers. (AKA the colored nations on the map that are in that region.)
You send runner to Moun, Galam and Vasir
[5-3] The Archbishop returns your messenger with a letter simply stating that the leadership of Moun is aware and safely believes that the Queen and the rest of the coast can handle any business that involves them. Those of the Religious Haven of Moun will never
willingly spill or shed any blood in a war not of their making or involvement. The Dragon Empire has never invaded Moun in the past and has no belief that they will start.
[6] Galam is already aware of the situation b the time your mesenger arrives and has already made plans for the dispatch of troops - to those already paying for their assistance. The regiments of Galam are busy on assignment and the financial losses they would incur to pull their troops out of an area would hamper them in the near future. You have the feeling that the assistance of Galam would be possible and would easily end the conflict, however, would require a payment to offset their losses.
[X] You hear back from Shinall of Vasir rather quickly. Being one of the only nations with a naval presence, they have the ability to run from one end of the coast to another several times in a season.
Dearest Queen
It has been a while since last we spoke and I appologize we weren't able to converse over any business during that lovely party that got myself and other locked in Talama for several days. The lockdown gave me ample time to meander the city. During that time I had noticed a lack of vessels, military or otherwise, in Ligorian waters.
This, combined with the lovely letter carried to myself by your messenger, led me to believe that our services could be best provided in that capacity. Should you need the assistance of Vasiri ships during your campaign, simply ask. I'm sure peacable arrangements could be made.
Signed,
Shinall - [SCTG Guildmaster wax insignia]
