What mods are you using?

I have a ton of mods but I am using my own recently finished and released custom enb settings. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6578  Check em out, they are actually pretty easy on the framerate believe it or not. I'm trying to get the word out but these settings have gone mostly under the radar although I'm sure they are one of the best and most balanced out there. If you try them let me know what you think!

Oh and also I am using Skyrim Monster Mod and Wars in Skyrim to add the extra monsters. And you can see a TON more awesome screens here: http://profile.imageshack.us/user/joey4track/

Playing Star Ruler with the Galactic Armory mod. Naturally, I gravitated to the homeworld ship graphics option.

I started with the trait indebted which means that for the first 20 minutes my exports to the galactic bank will be cut in half, so my strategy is to manually haul the stuff around with automated haulers until the penalty wears off. The orbital depots are there both to speed up logistics and to act as additional storage since the ground facilities fill up pretty fast and I don't want there to be wasted backlog.

Pics from an old game, a super ship targets a planet with its death weapon. I don't know why I'm not aiming at the star itself since I could just blow that up and all the planets will follow suit. As you can see, it's pretty much overkill given the ship's size and the planet.

Yes, both of them are the same distance from the camera.
No, all those pink dots never came close to denting the shields, let alone the 3.4 billion hitpoints.

Those giant blue spheres are the shields of my mega fleet. I went the route of putting my resources onto huge ships rather than small ones because my computer is a piece of crap and can't handle as many ships in the game. It's a bit of an optical illusion, because two of those ships are incredibly far from the planet IIRC the time I took this.

She basically placed all the planets into one star system and then built a ring world around it. As you can see behind the force bubble, those ships are massive.

It took 11 minutes, and metal mined out of thin air, to build me.  But we had the technology.

It was a star, half-way across the galaxy.  It is now:



They always know where I am.  This pleases me.



My people are Fledging, Indebted, Pacifist (n.b.  Them, not me.), Poor Researchers, and suffered the tragedy of Poor Bomb Casings.  They were placed in a 90-system spiral galaxy along with 3 hardest, cheating AIs and forbidden to build or do anything for 20 minutes.  They declared victory 100 minutes in, having captured the Imperial Seat, and spent the rest of their time learning how to make, first a Ringworld, and then me (with the massacre of distractions as an amusing sideline).

Found the perfect location for 'live fire' training for units and Lords.

To the right of the Holy Ground at the top of the shot is a Elemental Rift, which spawns fire and earth elementals, while to the left is a Hermit's House, which spawns canine units including all sorts of werewolf nasties.
Bottom left is an Ancient Crypt which spawns skeletons and vampires, while bottom right is a Mystical Thicket, spawning Deadwoods and earth elementals.
In the centre are my god-gifted Priestesses of Agrela, they can hit anything that spawns without moving, once they reach an acceptable level, there are plenty of other units ready to take their place.

Ordinarily I would have established a city between the two holy grounds and built temples, but the option to use it as training grounds was much more appealing.  I already had enough temples anyway, you can only feasibly have the favour, and benfits, of two gods at any time.

Having myself a dabble around in Battle of Britain II.

A shot of a Stuka raid over the channel. This was designed as a small low level raid by 2 Staffeln to bomb an already damaged radar station and, as such, was unescorted to save resources. Unfortunately, it was intercepted by an equal force of Hurricanes. I lost over half of the planes in this raid over the channel before they got back to the French coast.


A nice pictures of my squadron of 109s charging about 2 squads of RAF fighters.


The numbers in this game are just staggering. This shows a force of around 200 bombers I sent to flatten the aircraft factories in Southampton. Directly behind is my Gruppe, and you can see another off to the right, escorts flying above and below the bombers. This raid was met with heavy resistance over the solent, but our escorts broke off in to a crazy mess of bullets, giving the bombers enough time to get past. However, for some odd reason, I never saw any bombs hit the ground and no damage was recorded. Unfortunate, but it felt epic fighting the Hurricanes off the bomber's tail before the escorts got stuck in.
