Opposite personolaty traits

I've had dwarves with very contradictory personalty traits. I'm assuming this is a bug, since they make little sense.

I don't have the fort on this computer, but one i think was very open minded and easily moved to pity while disliking change and being mad at other dwarves.

Not necessarily; someone may be open-minded to other lifestyles or cultures, but dislike changes within their own; a "compassionate conservative", if you will. Similarly, one may be easily moved to pity, but that may even be a spitefully pity, or a pity at others because they are not as good as oneself.

Your basic message is good, however. It definitely seems that the current personalities are going to be developed more.
