Voting either to continue the current game as it is, or start anew on a new world.

Voting to continue this or start hundred years later in the same world.

BTW, why not set up a poll and vote with it?

I had wanted to get in the the previous game, but things became so complex that I found it difficult to follow. Will the new game be subject to the same rules and focus on personal stories, or will there be a greater emphasis on large scale stories and events..?

It'll still be as complex as last time.

EDIT: Except for trading :P

The collective intention is to use the same system of rules. The emphasis on player stories vs larger events is actually at the whim of both the players and the GMs.

My vote is to just continue this world at a minimum. The time jump seems like a 'meh' idea to me. I'd rather keep the same world and just relocate if required

Ideally (for me) it would be the best to continue, but we would have to deal with some civil war in Elbreth.
100 year jump moves us into full-on reneissance, so there is more emphasis no naval battles, overseas exploration and pike and shot warfare. I'm ok with that time period, although I would prefer to stay with the things as they are.

Moving onto a different world is pointless, since we already have a setup and rules and starting anew simply takes away from game time. I'm starting uni and job at the same time from next week, so I want to be able to keep up, and i find it easier when I know who is who and what is where instead of starting again. wiki is a great tool as well so it would be bad to waste the work that we done there.

God DAMN I love this game!

The relocation to the Storm Coast sounds interesting, mainly because, well, I created the damn place in the first place. Now I can feel all smug and proud. House Yl Marchis will rise again!

(/What do you mean, other people have contributed to it more? Bah, lies and slander. The Coast is mine. Miiiiiine.))

So, hey.
This looks like an interesting thing.
Speaking on behalf of people who thinks this looks like an interesting thing, the game thread is massive, confusing, and unfriendly. Now, I have no life whatsoever, but reading through 57+59 (max size) pages just to catch up on what the flying fudge is going on seems a little off-putting.
On the other hand, I can clearly see that the game so far created a vast and varied world, basically organically (?). And throwing that away would just be a waste.
Which is to say, a new game in the same world seems like it would be the most awesome option. If a 100-year timeskip would take people too far from what they have already created (and/or the timeperiod they feel comfortable in), a slightly shorter (50-year?) timeskip might be a better option?
