Okay, so Nuke is the Impartial GM, Cybergensis is a backup Gm for rolls that don't concern him and Iituem makes the rules up and is the final authority?

No.. Nuke didn't even play last time, I"m sure that would lead to outrage.

Impartial being the guy who rolls the dice and keeps records of the secret things. I hardly see how I could mess that up.

Yes, I have.
In the interest of full disclosure, I have a poor track record re:consistent updating. However, as I said, I currently have madcrazy amounts of free time, and if all I have to do is roll dice, I feel confident in my ability to- at the very least- manage this until someone better comes up.

Neither would I, mind. Head GM does indeed imply knowledge of the intricate workings of the game, which I cannot claim to have. What I am offering is to be the impartial dice roller, on the basis that many potential GM candidates wouldn't want to be the GM because then they can't get involved with politics. By taking away the burden of impartiality, more suitable mechanical/gamerunninial candidates can apply, resting easy in the knowledge that they won't have to give up their position as [whatever].

See. Iituem is the boss of the rulings and rules, Cyber will help out with the rolls and Nuke will also work on the rolls and the ones that affect Cyber.
