That is by blind chance. In fact, Athra has been an RP character for years. By the way, I think I will take your advice Kipi.
One spear dwarf named Dirge please. Hopefully he will last a wee bit longer.

The Pilot and their cargo handlers paused when they saw that the entire camp is covered in eldritch runes coated in blood. And rotting monkey corpses everywhere..

They decide that they didn't get paid enough for this..

23rd of Malachite, year 105

Again a small group of dwarves traveled across the world from mountain home only to join our community. And so eight dwarves were knocking our doors early this morning. I saw no reasons to turn them around and thus they were allowed to enter. Now I just need to find some work for them.

15th of Galena, year 105

A huge elk-like titan was spotted outside our fortress today. I ordered both the archers and the Golden Depressions to station outside and kill that damned thing.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And right at the same time came the goblins.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Good thing the human traders managed to reach the fortress. And so I ordered everybody to stay inside and the warriors to station outside.

The goblins were driven away by the archers and thus only one problem remains: the titan. Unfortunately it already destroyed one of our floodgates controlling the water flow to the reservoir so it was clear it will try to enter our fortress through the water channels. The strange thing is the current of the brook is too much for it and so it is trapped beneath the surface, unable to reach the water channel. We shall keep our eyes on the situation but I relieved our soldiers from duty for now.

25th of Galena, year 105

One of our dwarves had produced another artifact today. It was grate made from gem.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

It has some small decorations made from bronze, goblin bones and gems. Nothing special but at least there are something in it.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

10th of Limestone, year 105

Everything is ready for the slaughter of several wild dogs captured inside the cages. The cages have been installed and linked to lever and the Golden Depressions has been stationed inside the arena.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The slaughter was quickly over. The poor animals had no chances against our seasoned warriors.

15th of Limestone, year 105

Another dwarf joined the ranks of the Golden Depressions. This time a warrior called Dirge was allowed to become the member of the squad and he was assigned to carry spear and shield along the rest of the normal equipment. And again everything was made from adamantine.

Speaking of adamantine, our supplies are running low. Perhaps we should mine out some more?

16th of Limestone, year 105

Anyone noticed that the upper levels of our fortress have become overgrown by the underground plants and trees? Well, at least I have noticed this. And we can't allow it to continue. This is why I ordered the construction of rock blocks, we shall build a rock floor over the soil floor to prevent all the vegetation to keep growing.

18th of Limestone, year 105

I have heard rumors that we have been neglecting the spiritual needs of our fortress. Oh really? We already have the priests assigned! But apparently they think it's not enough and that we need actual altars and temples. Well, that's a request I can fulfill easily enough. The construction has already begun.

25th of Limestone, year 105

The titan is here! It escaped the river! Sound the alarm!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

26th of Limestone, year 105

The titan gave a good fight to our soldiers. The battle was fierce but in the end the titan was killed. And who gave the final blow? Well, surprisingly, it was the new lad in the squad, Dirge.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

So far nobody reported any wounds after the battle, which is only a good thing.

Done! And the hopes for survival are at least good enough, he already got his first kill; the marsh titan!

Sure, takes a few moments for me to gather all the data.

Yeah, I was considering the possibility to trap the titan but there were few problems; titans can't be trapped directly, it was more or less impossible to build a trapping mechanism outside due the all dangers out there and building the mechanism inside would have been useless as the titan never tried to enter the tunnels, concentrating to our archers instead.

Not so well, it's currently too dangerous to actually construct anything outside the walls. I'm currently planning to do it inside but that needs more planning to be done. And routing the magma through the caverns.

Do any of the other named soldier dorfs want to know their skills as well?  Kill scores are great, but knowing our actual combat capability is better.

Is that alright, Kipi?

I can post both information so that's not a problem. Just needs some more pictures to be taken.

Few notes:
First of all I used Dwarf Therapist to get the skills of each dwarf. This may have caused the names of those dwarves who don't have any kills to be incorrect as DT is a bit erratic regarding the translations. Also note that if a dwarf has no kill -list that only means he/she hasn't actually killed anything yet.

Finally, if someone wants to get more information about the claimed dwarf the just ask. This includes but is not limited to health information and Thoughts And Preferences -screen. I'm not going to update those regulary, only if/when asked.
