You do not convince me. You rationalize your actions and because the result is favorable you become right.

You may notice I have moved territories around. This is because I thought a lot of the Colonies that people had claimed were unrealisticly Large, especially for the Tech era we will be RPing in (Post Modern I believe).

Some of changes you may have noticed:
  • Handing over the whole of the small island to Arcology-1
  • Cutting down the size of NDR's supa colonies.
  • Making some borders a bit more pleasent.

Also, no one settle near my nation for the time being. Ziril, as it happens, is spilt into two nations. I have yet to create this new nation.

The map is great, but can you change the color of my island to something more dark blue, I am way too similar to color in Seportia. (I'm Zanbe).

And also I would like that coastline of mine removed from that island. I prefer to have my whole nation on one continent.

Mind adding an island or two to the Chaos Wastes?

I quit playing because in all RP's everyone is crap. If I lose, it's generally because 7 nations with 5 billion soldiers each attack me at once. If I win, I get kicked out for using a real world object (See: Chlorine Trifloride, Ebola, etc.). They get praised for using cybernetically enhanced robo-troopers with timetravel upgrades.

I'm not joking, this has happened to me in most of my modern age RP's.  :-\

But we're Bay12, we would never do something like that. Atleast without good reason.

Anyway....

Backstory.

The land of Twelve Bays used to be a unified, democratic land. When a particularly loved leader was elected the head of state, the people rejoiced. Unfortunately, he was assassinated on the first day of his presidency. The two major parties each blamed the other, and rioting filled the streets. Police forces were overwhelmed. When the army was called in, the Field Marshal in command, Kharn, declined to aid the police in controlling the riot and declared the army's independence, while at the same time supporting one of the parties.

The first party, the Liberal Party (i.e., the conservatives) of the Twelve Bays,  had not received the army's support, but external nations were secretly providing military support to them. Their leader decided the best strategy would be guerilla warfare, each group of the military under a separate leader. Thus he disintegrated his supporters into three psuedonations.

The second party, the Democratic Party (i.e., the ones in favour of a communist dictatorship) had received the support of the military and orchestrated precise strikes. Unfortunately, the guerilla warfare meant that the gains were relatively minimal.

The nation eventually disintegrated even further, with several islands being classified as no-mans land, with neither side willing to let the other get it.

A cold war erupted. After several years with no gain on either side, and non-military technology getting ahead of them, they secretly signed an armistice and sent a scientific envoy. Competition between the two nations increased the rate of 'scientific' 'advancements' by a hundred fold, and soon they reached space technology...what happens now, no-one knows.

This is Post Modern Tech. We are not quite at Space Age tech.

I also made very little sense of your post. At what point does everyone fragment into independent nations?

Splinter up after the assassination.

I wasn't referring to space travel, more like modern day space technology.
