A speaker in the Cryo Chamber room sprung to life and a quite soothing calm male voice could be heard.

"greetings Crew i am your AI. You may call me Frank. My personality was envisioned after famous singers from the 50s as accurately as possible. This is to ease Communication with me and to raise the Morale. Of course you may change my personality at any time you wish, my Creators have created several personality models to appease the Crews tastes."

with this the voice vanished and instead music could be heard.

Your basically the guy that knows everything about Gliese, and the process of setting up a base(your an expert in construction in extreme enviroments and the premises of a human being to live on a foreign world), "our" mission is to settle the planet you know. Well, due to relativity, the travel itself takes less than the blink of an eye for the ones on the ship, atleast at true lightspeed. The AI should engage instructional procedures, then a short briefing.
Also did i remember to note the fact that the AI controls the chemostatis system.
