Yes, we should probably try to replace the oceans. That is where most of our oxygen comes from. (With things like that happening, we should find a way to store our intelligence as something more durable than a human as soon as possible, before someone turns the atmosphere to fire.)
(I really don't know how much good an ant army will do for us. They are hilarious, but would be about as useful in a demigod fight as stormtroopers in a lightsaber fight.)

Actually I think we should avoid heading out ourselves if possible, and experiment with coding via telepresence. So far we have not seen any defense against another demigod instantly annihilating us the moment they locate us.

Once we have a) a more durable body and a faster mind, and b) intelligent minnions who can act autonomusly yet we can perfectly trust, we can easily set up so those minions each have a built in divkit that lets them instantly duplicatethemsevels and literaly cover the earth and destroy evry other threat in a matter of secinds throgh the power of exponential growth. Note that copies of ourself works instead if minions in this plan to.

Really we need some of both durability and stealth. If an enemy finds our exact location, we ware done for, but stealth alone will not help much against massive area effects (such as the imminent atmosphere failure that will happen if nobody replaces the oceans).

In the end, there is really only one thing that can really make us safe: An eternally exponentially growing, highly redundant, and dispersed in many ways and very far, set of backups. No matter how many we make if they are contained within a finite space they can be deleted all at once, if nothing else then by deleting the entire universe containing them. Failure rates will always be exponential, if not given a half-life of fractions of a second by active opposition, then with a half life of trillions of years due to proton ddecay. And no finite or even polynomially growing number of backups will, no matter how large, survive any exponential failure rate, no matter how small.

An infinite amount of clones would involve either crushing ourselves to death or depositing the copies in deep space, where they can't do much of anything.
Also, out computer is the one that directly casts the spells, and it still needs a mundane power supply.
Which reminds me that we should get a copy of our car's battery and a power transformer to use for power when the power grid goes down due to the various armageddons going on.

As good of an idea as Apotheosis sounds, perhaps it's a bit early to work on that and we should secure our immediate well-being before breaking the system because in case we've forgotten someone TOOK AWAY THE OCEANS.

Umm, everything indicates integrating the god kit with our brain directly should be fairly trivial, an that would VERY much make our copies capable of doing "most anything" in deep space.

And Apothesis is probably the easiest way to secure our immediate well being, considering the nature of the threats.

Test it on a cat before applying it to ourselves.

If we can get our brain to run faster, that means we effectively give ourselves more time.

Once we have a brain that can survive without food or water or oxygen, we can just hook it up to a computer and a divkit, put it all in a sealed metal sphere, and launch the thing into space.
