She finds a
Small Berry Bush, and gathers all the ripe
Berries she finds. There aren't many.
Dmitri takes the
Axe, and looks for a
Small Tree to fell.
He begins to hack at a
Small Pine. It takes him some time, and some of the bindings n the axe snap, it becomes very
Loose.
Ibid sits down planning a
Project for the
Afternoon.
Alice approaches the
River Grazers.
He pets them, and requests for what
Wisdom they may share. They seem to understand
Alice, but do not react for a few minutes. Eventually, one of them gets up and heads for a tall
Reed Patch by the river and starts to dig out the mud with its feet.
It then uses its horn as a hook to rip out a large bulbous
Rhizome. It goes to
Alice and drops the
Rhizome at his feet.
It then returns to the reed patch to pull another one, which it begins to chew.
Alice thanks them for the gift and returns to
Camp.
Angris has returned and is boasting to
Dmtri how
Manly his
Pets are, describing with great detail and hyperbole how they captured, tortured, and murdered two small burrowing creatures.
Angris asks
Dmitri if he knows what these creatures are,
Dmitri says he doesn't, but names them
Long Tailed Diggers.
Angris says he thinks that name sucks, but accepts it.
Elkori arrives soon after, with half a basket of
BerriesIt is
The AfternoonEverypix is in
Camp and
Ibid takes the opportunity to propose a
Project. She intends to make some
Spears.
Dmitri light's a fire and the others fell some
Saplings and debranch them, while
Elkori cuts them to the right lengths and sharpens them, then
Dmitri hardens their tips over the
Fire.
