I think you need to find a way to get taken to it - Like Golgotha, it isn't in the city proper but on the outskirts, meaning you can either find it yourself with a decent outdoorsman skill or convince someone it's in their best interest to tell you where it is.

Then which side of the city is it on? North, east or west? My outdoorsman skill is at 72% (yay stealing!) so I should be able to find it.

The best way is to do mission for the family who runs the Jet trade (Bishop or Mordino).

The very first mission takes you to the drug lab with a package for someone.

Seeing as I'm part of the Salvatores, that's not an option for me, unless there is some way for me to take those missions despite being a man man of another family.

Jules at the front gate has the information on the location if you can extract it from him. Remember, it's a Jet lab.

If you want to find it yourself, its in the square north of the city and a little bit to the northeast of it. Not sure if 72% is high enough to pick it up short of a lucky break.

Ah. Excellent. I'll just talk/threaten/beat up Jules then. Much easier and safer than wandering around the city.

The good news is that the power is now on in Vault 15. The problem is that it didn't do what I'd thought it would, which means that I'm back exactly where I started.

Hmm... Do you get combat armour if you join the Rangers?

EDIT: A bit of a moot point right now, since I've found out where Vault 13 is.

EDIT2: *Rubs hands with glee*

Just letting everyone know that this is not dead. I just have a case of writer's block. Everything I type for the update seems terrible to me. Working on something else? Perfectly fine. Meh. The update will be out when it's out.

Pages 68-74

I've finally managed to get my hands on a copy of Vic's journal. All the dates have been excluded for some reason, but we can easily piece the chronology together - J.P.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Scumbag USEC_OFFICER complains about having writer's block and then posts a turn the very next day. To be fair though, this update is in a completely different style, which is probably why I managed to finish it. It's also really long, which is why it took me at least three hours to write it. I might include screenshots tomorrow. Right now I'm far too tired to go searching through the screenshots and make captions and whatnot for them.

Anyways I have a couple of questions about Goris. Would giving him brass or spiked knuckles be worthwhile? His claws are damaging enough already, and I'm not sure if those weapons will stack with his natural "Being a freaking Deathclaw" killing bonus. Also, can he wear armour? For some reason I can see the game preventing him from wearing any armour, and I don't want to shell out the cash for something completely useless.

Since I'll probably be in the area anyways, would it be a good idea to go to Broken Hills? I'm about 500+ exp. towards the next level, and I'll probably pick all of it up before I reach the area, but more experience never hurt anybody. Plus I should probably visit the place at least once.

Bleh. If I can think of anything else to ask I'll let you know.

In tactics atleast the Deathclaw couldn't equip anything if I remember correctly so I wouldn't bother. Someone might correct me on this one though ^^

(Also, I've got a group ready to roll out as soon as you take up FalloutOnline - I'm planning a Metastory for you to discover! :P)

Damn it Glyph. Here I was, thinking about taking a break from Fallout and all, and now you're planning an awesome metastory for me to discover? *Shakes fist*

...

Damn you.

Crap. Mariposa is swarming with Super Mutants (who I can't kill). Narravo is swarming with Enclave (who I also can't kill). The Brotherhood of Steel refuses to have anything to do with me and the NCR Rangers sit on their asses all day. Long story short, I've run out of options. Any hints/tips on what to do next?

(Also, I managed to snag a perception chip thing from Mariposa. I assume that I have to put it into an Auto-doc or something. Is the only Auto-doc available in Vault City, or does another exist in a different city?)

I'm not sure if I remember offhand. Did you visit the EPA, Broken Hills or San Fran yet?

Well, I forgot about Broken Hills, so I haven't visited it yet (I'll do it today probably). I remember somebody telling me about San Fran, but I have no map marker for it (I suppose that I could always just check its relative position on a map though). However I have no clue what the EPA is. Mind elaborating a bit?
