Repair the ruined building and keep it as a lookout/barracks/anything.

no, dismantle it and scavenge all materials we can. Reconstruct better houses inside of the village.
I think it is better to upgrade New Hope before thinking about outpost.
Also plant berry-trees inside the moat.
One of the newcomers should be trained as a fisherman. Fishermen can double as spearthrower in case of fighting.

I can agree with this.

And about Hans little friend.. I fear for anyone who tries to harm it.
We might have a disaster waiting to happen.

Also we should have someone survey the ravine for any exposed shiny rocks. (possible ore)

+1 for:

- Additional huts in the main camp

- Clay pot, but with a slot where a wooden stick can be slipped through width-wise, making it easier to carry

- Drafting one of the three newcomers into the militia

- Slime clothing as our trademark good for the time being

Also before we salvage the material from the stone building, have our builder inspect it to understand the techniques used to construct it. We have no experience with building things from stone.

Sorry if I didn't make it clear earlier, but the Ravine Plan is for later when we have more workers that we can use, more soldiers to fight, and know more of the dangers surrounding us.

So then why did we need it now? is it not better to think about the coming night, than to plan so far ahead into the future in such detail? what if our situation changes? what work have you lost completing a plan that is now irrelevant?

He said plan, so I planned, and we will need it as some time soon we will have to stop relying totally on trees to supply us with building materials, and whats better than stone the most abundant things we have access to.

Then sorry for planning, so far ahead, but we still need to be thinking about it.
