merchant guard won't leave.

my fort was sieged by a colossus right in the middle of my trading with comrades from mountainhomes. the axedwarves escorting the caravan helped me to deal with the colossus, but when it was time for them to leave, i've noticed that one of them is stuck near my trade depot. he is totally concious, not even wounded so i've no idea why he doesn't leave. he seems to be just stuck there.
