How do you dispose of your limbs?

I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find it. I'm using the fortress defense mod (for those of you who don't know, makes a bunch more enemies siege you basically) and I have 15 of my military using candy swords. You can guess where this is going. I've got an excess of limbs/skeletons and I was wondering how do you go about disposing of your massive amounts of uslessnite? I know atom smasher and throwing it into lava, but does anyone have any creative ideas? Unrelated, once again me being lazy, whats the default population cap? I'm at 126 right now.

Fun fact: you can butcher dismembered limbs from humanoids.

Edit the raws and make trophies. Default cap is 200.

Idea:

Make an obsidian gun that will drop onto a 1 z-level hollow area. Just hollow out the area under the impact area, so the obsidian will fill the hole it made. Leave the uselessnite ontop or under, AND LET THE RAINS BEGIN!

Add [MAKE_TROPHY_SAPIENT:ACCEPTABLE] as well, and your dwarves will gladly butcher the fallen foes and eat them and produce lovely +White Tigerman Leather Backpack+ goods for you!  It's pretty much a must for FD.

Alternatively, MAGMAAAAAA!

It's simple. Dig out the whole above-ground, and in its place build an entire flat z-level of retracting bridges linked to a single lever. Dig out right underneath the bridges and flood that z-level with magma, so when the bridges retract everything drops down into the magma.

Now, whenever you have a siege, take all the stuff you want to keep, then pull the lever and watch as an entire z-level worth of stuff drops down and gets melted.
