You punt the dwarf out of the circle. He both swears at you and thanks you for doing so after landing. Summoning dust onto the fire just causes it to erupt into larger flames, which are now singing you.

At midnight spelling guy I am not.

The dwarf says his name is Askot Wellbringer, and agrees to work with ye for now. After awhile, he says the grazers are both not potatoes, not very useful looking. Most of them are edible, though. One of them has a picture of a orange painted on it.

There is not a watchpost in le Plain Plains. After not finding any, you criticize the picture of an orange on its poor choice of medium, cows move to much to be very precise. Attempting to make it less orange ends up being quite hard without moisture until it eventually rains, which makes it rather easy to wash away. The cow starts trying to eat the air after its gone.
