The door is firmly lodged in the hillside, trying to remove it would probaly damage your ankle more.

Dig hole into another plane using a hobbit as a makeshift shovel.

Use that shovel outside the blacksmiths door and dig a hole in someones house

You (carefully) kick another door down with your left foot, and grab the nearest hobbit. The hobbit dwarf punches you in the face. You start to feel like it would be better to redesribe this plane as "Full of hills and dwarves disguised as hobbits" You'd punt him, but your right foot was your punting foot, so you toss him at another door, smashing it open. There is of course, another hobbit. or dwarf. Theres also a glimmer of water inside, floting behind the hobbit.
