Fekod bashed the wolf a few times, leaving bruises where the mace landed. The dwarf charged at the animal, bowling it over and swinging heavily. Bones were broken, and a blow to the head killed the beast.
THe jaguar charged at the mandrill, but the monkey jumped away. The human, on the other hand, stabbed the animal the stomach, twisting the weapon in the wound. The jaguar charged at the mandrill again and knocked it over. Leon, however, attacked form behind with another savage blow, and the jaguar gave into pain, only to be killed by a savage blow to the head.
Although weighed down by his new armour, Urist managed to nimbly jump away from each of the attacks that the jaguar launched towards him. The jaguar was able to hold its own, though, and Urist's attacks barely hit. Eventually a blow to the upper body stunned the beast, leaving it open and vulnerable to attacks, treating through the body and blood spilling to the floor. The jaguar tried to counterattack, but the armout reduced the effects to mere bruising. Eventually the animal managed to clamp its jaws around the unprotected of the human's hand. Shaking the limp around, the jaguar was unable to prevent the pick from spilling its guts and tearing through its body. Despite a mangled right hand, Urist continued swinging the pick in his left, causing great harm, until the beast gave into pain and was struck down.
The human and the jaguar circled each other, dodging attacks, neighet able to land a blow. A particularly eager charge from the human saw them both on the floor, but it was the jaguar who gained its feet first and started savaging the human's foot, forcing him to the ground. Unable to swing effectively, the human could no defend himself as the jaguar tore into him. The leather armour deflected most of the attacks, but a nasty bite into the arm forced Matthias to drop his buckler, removing wat litte defence he had. From that point, nothing the human could do could prevent him bleeding to death.
Feeling confident following his recent victory, Flint entered the arena against a bull. Flint managed to land the first blow, stabbing the bull in the liver and tearing an artery. The bull charged towards him, and the elf had no choice but the jump away. The bovine charged again, and with ten times the mass of flint, the elf was blowed over. Scrambing to his feet, He desperately tried to avoid charge after charge from the animal, successful as often as not. He tried to land a few slashes, but they could not penetrate beyond the dense layers of muscle. The beast, meanwhile, landed several heavy kicks, causing deep trauma and sometimes shatterin done where they landed. In his desperate evasion, Flint fell off the arena floor into a nearby channel of water. Charging in after him, the beast kicked him again, knocking him unconscious and killing him with another kick to the head.
The wolf drew first blood, biting Tersr in the hand. With his other hand, Tersr swung his new sword, the sharp bronze cutting the torso deep and tearing apart the lung. Charcing the wolf, he knocked it over and a swing to the head shattered the skull and tore apart the brain, killing it.
Uris stabbed wildly as the jaguar, landing a few minor blows. Charging forward, he knocked it over and severed a paw. The jaguar tried to counterattack, but its claws could not penetrate the copper breastplate. The animal had no such protection, the sword stabbing deep and causing great harm. Lodhing the the lower body and tearing apart the guts, Urist wrenched the sword out, and slashed at the beast's head, tearing apart the brain and killing it.
Sodel wielded the wooden sword as a club, bashing the canine violently and leaving deep bruises. The wolf tried to land some blows, but the armour ensured that each blow was only glancing. The dwarf, however, pummeled the animal with ease, deep bruises covering the canine's body and disrupting the inner organs. Eventually the wolf gave into the pain caused from the rain of blows, and fell unconscious, only to be struck down.
The wolf had to advance on the dwarf under a hail of bolts, and they took their toll. The first bolt grazed its lower toso, but did little more than superficial damage. The second bolt embedded itself in the animal's spine, severing its nerves and forcing the dwarf to continue its advance while crawling. The third bolt stuck it in the leg. By this point, the wolf had reached the dwarf, but Azurist had the dual advantages of height and mobility, and neatly avoided the wolf's attacks. The fourth and fifth bolts hit the wolf in the legs again, and as the fifth one landed it gave into pain, to have its skull bashed in.
The wolf charged at the cavy, knocking it over, but the dwarf charged too, pummeling the wolf from behing, before charging and knocking the beast over. Regainings its feel and ignoring the rain of blows it was receiving, the wolf bit on the cavy's leg and tore it off, the cavy dying shortly after. Enraged by this, Jacque clamped her teeth around the wolf's body and started shaking it around, tearing apart the tissue. The wolf managed to break her grip shortly before it fell into unconsciousness, and was soon finished off.
The massive gorilla charged at the human, knocking him over. The harpy meanwhile clawsed incessantly at the beast, disrupting its blows long enough for Ibid to roll away and regain his feet. Ibid blocked another of the gorilla's blows, but a second charge sent him to the floor again. The harpy, meanwhile, was tearing tinto the gorilla, her sharp claws tearing at the fat and muscle, spraying its blood. The gorilla gave into pain and fell unconscious. The harpy and the human then started laying into the mighty beast's head with claw and sword, dealing out huge abuse, eventually shattering the skull, as well as opening numerous arteries and destroying tendons and ligaments. The gorilla regained consciousness at this point, but could do little to defend itself as the attacking pair continued to savage it. Eventually the massive beast struggled to its feet, but a stab of the scimitar to the chest tore apart its lung, and it collapsed of over-exertion. Unable to counterattack, the human and the harpy continue devestating it, until eventually it bled to death.
Laurenski charged at the wolf, knocking it over and smashing the mace into it when it was down. It regained its feet, only to be knocked over by another charge. Further blows landed, traumatizing its organs and breaking bones, until it gave into pain and was shortly executed.
