[Ghazkull]

This game is quite similiar to Mulletmasters Titans of Dwarven Industry, though its in a Prison. I had the idea of a Forum Game with a Dwarven Prison now a while in my head, lets try it out XP

You arrive at the Gates of Worldsforge, formerly one of the biggest Dwarfen Foundries and now Biggest Correctional Facility in the Dwarvish Empire of Id Idith "the Rock of Systems". Since the year 2500 the Dwarfs had left their Mountainhomes and similiar to the humans, settled on the surface. However since the Last Clan-Thing the newly chosen King Geshud Roadbolt is facing a war with the Human Republic of Greyhelm, giant government debts and a economic recession is also knocking on his door. It is the year 3100 and you have been sent to this godforsaken place to get things done.

Worldsforge is a lone sleeping volcano, surrounded on one side by a dead forest in which the undead former inhabitants walk since the Great Elfswar. On the other side are the Great Obsidian Wastes of "Hollow Emptiness", a life less dead place, formerly a nuclear testing side for your Kingdom. As you arrive at the gates, staring at the massive Iron Doors in which scenes of Battles with Goblins,Undead and...Elephants are engraved, you realize that nobody will open you. You throw yourself bodily at the gates and they move a bit, giving you enough place to squeeze through. Inside a thick layer of dust covers teh floor which once must have been granite inlaid with iron. As you look around your not sure whether you are at the right place until you can see some footprints in the layer thick dust. Suddenly one of the side doors into the enormous entrance hall bursts open and a rather small dwarf and a fishing rod fly through it.

"AND DON'T COME BACK UNTIL YOU GOT ME SOME CARP TER EAT!"

The small dwarf stands up grabs his rod  and stares at you with big eyes. You are sure he can be no more than 100 or 200 years old.

"Y-y-yyyou who are you? W-wwhat are you doing here?"

Growl at the boy, "The name is Lokum Kilruduz. I'm here to get this sorry excuse for a prison back in to shape. Now who the hell are you, and what the hell are you doing with a fishing pole?"

[Ghazkull]

the Young Dwarfs eyes widen.

"The Lokum Kilruduz? The New Warden? I-i-i-i am Urist Roturz! Iii am one of the guards here."

he treis to look imposing put fails miserably at that.

"The Old Man said i should go fishing and find some food."

[Hubris Incalculable]

"Before you do that, kid, you'll ask my for my ID papers, OK? Don't want any impostors coming in to spring a friend, now, do we?"

[Ghazkull]

"Y-yyeah...'bout that...uhm they are actually feeling quite well down there...having taken over the store rooms,staff rooms and the wardens office... i don't think they'll come up here soon."

he grinned nervously and controls your ID. "Yep Lokum Kilruduz. Everything clean and in Order...

"WHAT ARE YE DOIN OUT THERE? TALKIN TER YE ROD? URIST GET ME SOME CARP!"

the dwarfs face gets even more pale.

[Theodolus]

March in to the other room and assess the offending dwarf. Establish dominance by punching his face as hard as you can. "He's talking to me, your new warden, maggot. Now tell me what your obviously useless carcass is doing at this prison before I throw you in with the prisoners."

[Ghazkull]

You march in the other room and you are met with a picture that lets you want to either cry or laugh manically. A group of Guards perched into the almost tiny Post Office. Their uniforms are literal rags and only recognisable by the emblem of Worldsforge. Your nostrils want to suicide as the mixed stench of an overflowing bucket in the Corner of the room reaches you. The dwarf who looked the least malnourished standing closest to the lattice door of the Post Office eyes you offensively. "And who the F-..."

With a single blow you shatter the guards nose. Screaming He falls on his back and treis to steam the bleeding. And this should be dwarfs?

"He's talking to me, your new warden, maggot. Now tell me what your obviously useless carcass is doing at this prison before I throw you in with the prisoners."

One of the guards with a face that you could swear has seen the repeated use of a shovel to it,  begins to laugh nervously.

"What is so funny Shovelface? AM I FUNNY?"

he immediately stops

"nn-nno sir uhm...they haven't told you have they? The Prisoners...they have rioted. The few guards we know of are imprisoned here...Urist is only not captured because he managed to hide away. We are perched into this room since weeks"

"And how did the prisoners manage to overpower all of you? You were the ones with the weapons, AND THE ONES WITH ENOUGH SKILL TER USE THEM!

NOW YOU WILL GO AND TAKE BACK THE GODDAMN PRISON!"

[Ghazkull]

the guard eyes you like you were mad...then silently points at the locked lattice door in front of him.

[Theodolus]

Take a deep breath and reign in our righteous anger. "Okay, let's start over here. Who is ranking officer here?" Then, to whoever volunteers, "Give me an exact report on what sort of resources we have available, what resources the prisoners have available, and a day by day account of the prison riot."

[Ghazkull]

The imprisoned dwarf guards look at each other and begin shoving one another forward. Finally Urist shuffles in behind you.

Well, the truth is we have no high ranking officer here. The most incompetent guards were placed at the entrance gates. I'm however from the mid-levels...which makes me...the most high ranking Officer...

Urist tells you with some surprise in the voice. Suddenly he looks at you like you have told him the secret of eternal life.

I AM THE MOST HIGH-RANKING OFFICER? YIPPIE!

after you manage to stop  his dancing he begins to tell you what he knows.

Well i don't know what exactly happened but someday apparently someone important from the lowest levels escaped, killed some guards and freed people on his way to the top. After even some were freed hell broke loose...well i personally don't know what exactly happened then. It seems they are content down there or something, apart from the fact that we have no motorized vehicles here so even if somebody escapes he must prepare for weeks of travel through forests filled with undead beasts.

At your question what resourcess you have available he frowns for a moment.

Uhm...including me and you we have 2 people and a fishing rod available...oh and this stun hammer here. I use him to get fish...

[Theodolus]

"Clearly we have more than just 2 people available. We just need to get this door open. But before we do, I'm going to need all of you to take an oath that you will help to take back the prison. You don't have to, but if you don't you aren't getting out of there for a long long time. And I need Urist here to take care of more important business than fishing for you, so you'll be rather hungry for most of that time." If they agree and swear fealty or whatever, find a pipe or beam or something to give us leverage and use our clearly prodigious strength to break open the locked door. Failing finding anything to leverage with find an axe or sword and hack the thing open.
