Presumably that is rolled into stats and skills, most likely in the form of + to some physical stats (and maybe int or wit) and - to some mental stats and some physical stats like con. Don't worry about it basically.

Oh come on, we don't get to plunder yet?  I think we can handle ourselves a bit, even without backup, considering we're a cyborg pirate.  I agree, backup's a good idea, but let us a have a bit of pillaging first.
