33a: liaison messaging bug

the liaison came with the first caravan and went through the usual procedure up until the screen where he's supposed to say "and here's what we'll pay for your stuff". it just says "Craftsdwarfship...". All other screens and messaging seem to work normally.

also, he ran off the map immediately after the meeting was done, instead of sticking around until he went insane like he did in every fort in 32a.

Clearly Toady inserted into .33a code for if the liason stays too long, he gets immediately attacked by a school of zombie cod. No dwarf wants to risk that.

Yes, there was an unfortunate accident, and the text was left scarred.  I broke my vacation rule and fixed that one thing.
