Very good Hailfire, now you are using your brain. Brain damage certainly is a problem to Wei. Unfortunately for everyone, he knows this and takes extensive measures to protect the most important part of him, his head.

Also, remember that the heart is made of tissue, and Wei can knit tissue back together pretty quickly. So while it does hurt and inconvience him, it only really just makes him mad. And that's bad.

Finally, Wei can go at this a lot longer than any human can. You may be immortal, and pretty damn good at fighting, but you are limited to human limits nonetheless, which mades immortality such a sucky power. Wei cannot kill you, but then again, he doesn't have to.

Hey, who says they need bodies to cause horrific destruction?

And the Doctor doesn't have that bond. If you figure out the backstory, you'll know why.

ED @ MonkeyHead: I'm kinda hoping the guy running the cops can get on and reply; they're high-tailing out of there as fast as they can, and the police cordon's the only thing in their way.

By the way, Akane refers to a deep red color, and Takeyama means "Bamboo mountain".

Similarly, Tsume's full name is Yoru no Tsume; "Claw of Night"

ED: Of course, Akame means "red eyes", so maybe it's even more appropriate.

The Beast Master is still there, and I don't intend to kill him if that makes it any better. Wei hates him for being such a noob at being a supervillain, but he still counts as one.
