Yes, I've been trying to limit the use and tone it down so It's not completely ridiculous, and I'll probably make it so horrible things will happen if Rick tries to do anything too omnipotent In a way that would not contribute greatly to the overall awesomeness of the story.

And Zako, that's your decision, but Rick is probably the least likely super to ever attack Wei, and most likely to be open for an alliance with pretty much anyone.
