Actually I think it would be pretty funny if Voldermort was instead unabashingly evil and attempts to come up with over the top evil schemes...

Only to be topped by wizard society much later.

Which given the Movie's plotholes... isn't that hard.

Those are the BEST kinds of cursed weapons, because then the PC's will use them anyway!

Even better if the player to not know the sword is cursed until it suddenly attacks him. Still with the bonuses, of course.

Especially for computer games. I never liked cursed weapons that makes you "berserk" and attack whoever is nearest. They would be much cooler if say, the curse doesn't activate until after the battle (Because, you know, the sword wants blood, and while you let it drink the blood of your enemies, it does as you want, but when they are all dead and it still is thirsty...) when it attacks/makes the PC attack teammembers or himself. Especially since at this point, characters might already be at low hp.
