The guardspony finally relents under Isos' glare and leaves.  Isos composes herself before answering Starkey.

"Apologies, Commander.  One of my ponies got a bit angry and irrational."

She takes in the scene: Otik, Starkey and Carrot around Friesden.  She hesitates before speaking again.

"Commander?  Do you feel Friesden is safe to be released?"
