((Think of the Daleks and Cybermen, no matter how many countless times they've been "destroyed for good" they always end up coming back anyway!))

(Yes, but the Daleks or the Cybermen don't show up in every episode. It seems like Cockroach has wormed his way into nearly every scene since his introduction. All I ask for is a little variety. Is that so much.)

((Actually, I was just thinking that...you'll be seeing alot more of Cockroach's friends later on. Also, this is the last scene that will have cockroach in it.))
Psycho instantly succumbs to the spell, locking Cockroach inside.

[Khenal]

I sigh and shake my head, heading for the main stairwell and the jail below.

'I hope Isos is ready.  She's about to find out first hoof what her new job entails.'

Nopony does, actually.  I might take control of her, at least until someone claims her. 

When Khenal sealed Cockroach in the earring, it was all in Khenal's head, right?  I think he might try it for real, if that's the case.

[The Master]

Yeah, that sounds reasonable.

[The Master]

Well, i'm going to bed, good night everypony!

[Khenal]

I'm getting ready to wall-o-text to prepare for Cockroach's demise, sound good to you, The Master?

[The Master]

Like I said, I love reading walls of text! GO FOR IT!

[Khenal]

((Eh, if he or anypony else hates it, I'll just delete it.  Look, background character development! ))

Isos never did understand Khenal's hatred for paperwork.  She had just finished with the last bit for the day, and was relaxing in her new office.  She might have had a harsher attitude towards the bureaucracy if she allowed it to pile up as he had, but she never did.  The admiration of her statues (that cabinet one was especially nice) would have to wait, as her former Captain entered the cell block, levitating two ponies.

"Isos?  Er, Captain Isos, are you in?  I, uh, need your help.  Can you please unlock two cells for me?"

Isos gives me a flat look as she replies.

"Khenal, you aren't Captain of the Guard any more.  You aren't even part of the Guard at all!  Why should I open any of these cells?"

"Um..."  I shift my hooves as I try to think of a reply that doesn't sound insane.  Realizing nothing truthful will fill that requirement, I plow on anyway.

"Carrot here is possessed again, but I have an idea on how to help him.  Friesden went berserk on some Diomedians and then passed out.  I'm pretty sure she'll be fine when she wakes up, but I'd like her in a cell if not."

"And how do I know you aren't possessed, Khenal?  Charity told me why she accepted your resignation, so why should I trust you?"

"Well, you can see Carrot breathing, right?  He doesn't have a pulse, though.  I...should really give you my book to read, it has a lot of information on what's been going on that I'm not sure you know.  Just check his pulse.  If his heart is still beating, I guess I'm crazy again and would really appreciate a cell for myself."

"You're crazy either way, but I'll humor you."  She looks annoyed as she checks Carrot's pulse.  She shifts to worried when she doesn't find it, and then to confused as she sees Carrot still breathing.

"What kind of job did you give me, Khenal?!  Fine, I'll unlock two cells for you.  But I expect that book of yours by morning!"

I sigh with relief as Isos unlocks the cells for me, then float Friesden into one and lay her gently on the bed as I follow Carrot into the other.

'Alright, Cockroach.  The last time I bound you in Carrot's earring was all in my head, but this time it will be for real.'

My horn glows as I slowly gather the energy needed to bind Cockroach.  With any luck, he'll never bother anypony again.

There we go.  The Master can do the actual end of Cockroach when he gets the chance, assuming this actually is the end of him. 

[Dsarker]

Friesden starts to stir. Her face is as peaceful as a lamb's.

[Khenal]

Isos quietly closes both of the cells, not wanting to risk letting anything dangerous loose in Glitterglen.  She's still a bit doubtful, but better safe than sorry.

[The Master]

((once again, I fail to sleep, LET THE MADNESS CONTINUE!))

Let Cockroach die already so we can get on to more...tame....RP. I've already got the next part with Friesden planned out in my head.

Then it's your cue to write the end(?) of Cockroach.
