The pickaxe misses but does manage to embed itself in the ground. Psycho then tries to jam the earing(which is actuality coated in the same fluid that made Psycho go psychotic) into Khenal's head.

I rip the pick from the wall and kick several of the broken off pieces of wall at Psycho, following closely with a swing at his midsection.

I roll to the side and pivot to see my attacker, only now seeing Carrot has escaped and is using his earring as a weapon to great effect.

"Sorry about this, Carrot!"

I continue dodging slashes from Carrot as I build power in my horn, then release it in a grab at one of the syringes in his back, trying to rip it free.
