'Gotta hurry, can't let the assassins have a 2nd try at her!' 

Thankfully, everypony heard the alarm and the stairways and corridors are almost totally empty.  As I near the hospital, I see the two guards at the entrance are still holding steady, unsure if they should rush to Charity or stay where they are.  As I rush past them without a word, they decide that staying put is likely the correct choice.

(No problem, Khenal. I had had some plans for after her initial charge, but this is fine too.)

[The Master]

When Khenal arrives at the hospital, he finds Charity disoriented and Carrot on the ground with a syringe labeled "Hallucinogen" in his back.

[Khenal]

I burst through the door, spear at the ready to deal with any assassins.  I quickly scan the room for trouble.

'Charity, dazed but looks fine.  Carrot out with something in his neck.  Guard looking confused.'

"Where is the assassin?!  Which way did they go?"

[The Master]

"da herminshargin went daaaa weee...Zzzz" Psycho mutters groggily.

[KingStrongbeard]

Charity shakes her head and comes back to her senses. "Khenal! Stop Carrot! He's got a knife!"

Charity shakes her head and comes back to her senses. "Khenal! Carrot had a knife, he tried to attack me."

[The Master]

Psycho's voice trails off as he passes out.

[Khenal]

"Uh, what?"

I take a closer look at Carrot and notice the scalpel.  I also take note of the syringe and it's label.

'...Why do we have a syringe of hallucinogen?  And why is it so clearly labeled?'

Still a bit confused, I levitate the scalpel and syringe away from him.

"So...what happened?"

[Dsarker]

"Because it's a trap?"

[The Master]

"They're comin tak meh awah....." I blubber.

[KingStrongbeard]

Charity stands up, her legs shaking. "I don't know. I was just coming out of Bubbles office, when I heard Psycho "singing" or more like babbling. I don't really know. I told him he should be quite in the Hospital and he got worse and picked up the scalpel and tried to cut me with it. That's when I noticed the syringe, I was going to try and take him down, after I sounded the alarm but my guard," She looks at him, "knocked me over and I hit my head. I think that's when Carrot passed out."

[The Master]

((how do you forget quotation marks...))
"You...YOU! YOOOO DID THEESH TO MEH... YOU WAN' TO TAK' M' AWAH! Yarrgin...blah...Zzzz..." Psycho blabbers.

[Khenal]

"Well?"  I turn to my guard, expecting an explanation.

He gulps before talking, clearly choosing his words carefully.

"It's like the Countess said, sir, except Carrot passed out before she could get to him.  I was a bit dazed from the alarm, but I saw somepony charging someponyelse on the ground and I had to stop them.  Uh, sorry about checking you, Countess?"

I levitate the syringe closer so I can get a good look at it.

"Who else was in the room?"

[The Master]

"Schmoe...SCHOME.........SHROOOM..." Psycho is suffering from an overdose of Hallucinogen.

Charity keeps several steps between herself and Psycho Carrot.

Charity looks over to the guard. "It's okay, I should have told you to cover your ears before I used that spell."

"To answer your question Khenal, I didn't notice anypony else. However, Psycho was already babbling when we came in."
