I mentally give Schmoe another withering glare before focusing on Carrot again.

"...Why were you tied to a weapon rack?"

[The Master]

I blush brightly, "uhhhmmm...Well...I sort of slapped the lieutenant in the face. She had her men tie me up. they said 'She doesn't like to be touched'. There's a reason I threw the door at her."

[Impending Doom]

"Then why did you have them beaten at all? A fine, prison time, anything else would have been more than sufficient! Why did you have to resort to this... this barbarism!?"

[Khenal]

I facehoof at that.

"You really need to learn to get your temper under control, Carrot.  The lieutenant isn't an enemy, and you know it.  You're a great friend, but your temper gets you into serious trouble sometimes, and I don't like seeing my friends in trouble."

I give him a gentle smile to assure him there's no malice in my words.

[KingStrongbeard]

"I didn't mean for this to happen. I thought I was being lenient. A few bruises and they'd be right back to work. It wasn't ideal, but we didn't have enough cells to go around. And if anyone is to blame, you should ask Khenal, I told him to have them flogged, but it was his guards that murdered them."

(Tonight's been awesome guys but I have got to get some sleep.)

(In other news last I looked we had 5 votes for the Hall of Legends, and that's great. I haven't voted because I started the thread and it would feel like voting for myself, but hey, if anyone out there is reading this and hasn't voted yet, please consider doing so.)

"Khenal..." I say with a smile "Your hiding something from me. Something is ebbing away at your sub conscious. Actually, I have no idea how I know that..."

[Khenal]

"Uh...so has your 'condition' changed any?"  I say in a lame attempt to change the subject.

[Dsarker]

"Khenal." says the daemon.

"Khenal." he says again, more urgently.

"KHENAL!" the daemons is basically shouting now.

"I didn't drink him. Somedaemon else did."

[Khenal]

I wince from Schmoe's yelling in my head.

'Unless you can tell me who did, or how to fix him, I don't particularly care!'

"Nice try. Now, is there by any chance, a reason your sweating whenever your not talking?" I say with a smirk.

[Dsarker]

"No, no, no! That means he might be still there! Be careful! I don't want to lose you just yet!"

'Well, that's weird'

I let out a heavy sigh and slump a bit.

"Even bound, daemons seem unable to be quiet..."

[The Master]

A look a horror washes over Psycho "YOU HAVE A DAEMON INSIDE OF YOU?!?!?!?!??" I scream, unaware of how loud i'm getting.

[Khenal]

"It's bound!"

[The Master]

I laugh nervously, "B-b-ound?! HAH! Oh, and, I have the sudden urge to say 'honor'." Psycho says, before collapsing in a heap.
