Charity moves and sits close to the crying Carrot.

I need to get him to try and think about himself, to remember, thinks Charity.

"Carrot. Tell me about yourself."

[The Master]

"Well...I know that...agh it's all fuzzy! I remember you and Friesden...I think she did something bad...then...Ugh! I can't remember!"

[Khenal]

"Mental magics, mental magics, where did I put that book?  I've put off looking into that book for Dr. Bubbles too long already, where is it?" 

Books are rapidly pulled out, briefly examined, then replaced on my shelves.

"No.  No.  No no no no no no no!  Oh, there it is."

I finally find the book resting on my desk.  I crack the book open and glance inside, making sure this is the one with the memory charms.

"This should do it."

Closing the book and stowing it in my pack, I head out to the hospital.

[The Master]

((I guess I'll keep talking then, since nobody has "arrived" yet.))
"IT'S NOT FAIR! WHY DO YOU GET TO HAVE ALL OF YOUR MEMORIES?!"

[KingStrongbeard]

"Well...I know that...agh it's all fuzzy! I remember you and Friesden...I think she did something bad...then...Ugh! I can't remember!"

"That..."

Interrupted. I was just starting to type.

((I guess I'll keep talking then, since nobody has "arrived" yet.))
"IT'S NOT FAIR! WHY DO YOU GET TO HAVE ALL OF YOUR MEMORIES?!"

"Carrot, memory loss can be caused by many things, and I don't know what your cause is yet. But you say you can remember me and Friesden, and that Friesden did something bad. That is more than you remembered the last time we talked. Before long you might even be back to normal."

[The Master]

I groan in agony, crying because I can't remember anything else.
"Friesden...It's very fuzzy, but I remember- AGH! My head hurts so baaaad......"

[Khenal]

"Dr. Bubbles, I got that book you wan... oh, um..."

I pause just inside the door as I see Carrot being consoled by Charity.

[KingStrongbeard]

Charity looks up and sees Khenal standing in the door.

"Oh, Captain. Doctor Bubbles has ran to find Kil. Carrot, is starting to remember somethings."

[Khenal]

"Really?  Wonderful!  Dr. Bubbles was worried it might take magic to get his memories back."

I walk up next to Carrot.

"So, how are you doing Sergent?"

[The Master]

"Is that what I am...? a sergeant? Now, I'm just guessing...but are you...Khenal?"

[Khenal]

"Yes I am.  You seem to be recovering very well, it looks like Dr. Bubbles was worked up over nothing."

I give Carrot an encouraging smile.

[The Master]

"I can't remember much...at all-"
I suddenly scream in pain, rubbing a extremely deep gash in my left front hoof.

[Khenal]

I take a few steps back at the sudden shout and motion, then notice the reason.

"How did you get a wound like that?  You probably shouldn't be rubbing it, are there any nurses around?"

[The Master]

"I-I-IT WASN'T THERE A MINUTE AGO!"
I splutter, as I notice the blood oozing from it!
