Otik throws her hooves around Friesden.

Friesden starts leaking at the eyes, the fear and terror draining away in the sheltering arms of the protector.

...bloody horseapples. No connection. Grumbling, the buck simply decided to wait out this lovey-dovey seen and talk to the mare even if it took him all day.

The next morning, Isos steps out of her quarters. On her front step, she finds a dozen stern-faced militiaponies. In their midst are Tarik and Morul, hogtied together.

I slowly wake in the hospital bed.

"24 hours."

I get out of the bed, ribs and back still sore.

"I... should I try to find Friesden?"

Meanwhile, Isos has yet another unique situation to handle.

"What is this?"

"Hello Bubbles.  How much longer do you think I'll need to stay here for my injuries?"

Isos raises an eyebrow at the militia ponies, then looks down at the tied up ponies, no trace of mercy in her eyes.

"I think she's smart and creative enough to punish them as they deserve.  Unless she wishes for something... official to be done?"
