He doesn't like me talking to strangers. Who are you?

Mother! Mother!

I can hear her! Where is she?

I release Carrot from the traction bench, but tell him to wait in my office.
I grab the diary from Khenal, and write to Friesden "Your other half awaits, you must defeat them."

A look of utter confusion washes over my face
"Do I know you...? I feel like I should, but I can barely remember my name..."

[ansontan2000]

I give Khenal back the diary
"Your name is Psycho Carrot. Mine is Bubbles. Please wait in my office, first door on the right."

[Dsarker]

A glazed look comes across Friesden's eyes.
"She doesn't know pain yet.


She will now."

Friesden's Diary

(A red blotch appears over the page)


"She doesn't know evil. Now she will feel it."

[The Master]

Psycho has amnesia, how convenient. It's severe enough that he is essentially a moron.
"Is it now. How funny...So, I'll just walk over here then...Oh, do you think you could teach me how to fly? I seem to have forgotten..."

[ansontan2000]

"Carrot, i'm afraid not. I don't have wings, see? Alot of others have them, and can teach you."

[The Master]

A child-like look appears on Psycho, revealing just how severe the amnesia is
"When I grow up, I want to be a soldier!"

[Khenal]

"A daemon?!  The same trick won't work trice!"

Not on it or on me.  Daemons have a unique aura, once you know what to look for.  Once you do, it's not that complicated to siphon them from wherever they are, though it takes a lot of energy to do so.  I scour the Diary and, through the bridge, Friesden's body for all trace of daemon, pulling it into a tight vortex about my horn.

"Lets see how each of us fairs in a straight fight, Daemon!"

The red mist enters my horn

"Psycho, you are a soldier and you are grown up." *shows him is crossbow* "you see this? This your weapon!"
*looks around*
"KHENAL!! BE CAREFUL! IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, JUST CALL!"

[Dsarker]

"Oh! You think I'm a daemon... Haha! I'm Friesden. The part of her that...stopped...her father. That saved her mother. That nobody ever ignored. That nobody ever trusted. That nobody ever harmed again. I saved her. Now I'll destroy her to save her again."

[The Master]

A look of utter bewilderment washes over my face
"I've never seen crossbow before, but it sure looks neat!"

[Khenal]

"She doesn't need the salvation you offer!  She has friends to rely on, to lean on, to help her!  You only offer a new cycle of pain!"

[Dsarker]

"Oh, but she does. She wants me more than she wants you. And you know it...friend."

[The Master]

((It's time I hit the hay. good night and good luck friends!))

"I doubt that very much, fiend.  You seem very reluctant to let her speak for herself."
