"And were the consequences severe for your error?"

"...they had the potential to be. I realized my error before harm could be done, thankfully."

"I appreciate your diligence, Commander, but you cannot be everywhere at once.  Shoud your gut proove to be wrong, this mistake could have dire consequences indeed.  No further questions.  Thank you for your time, Commander Starkey."

[Dsarker]

"Let us go back to that time when your gut failed you. How long ago was this, captain?"
