No longer caring about whether or not I'm noticed I head into the room and look at Khenal and Friesden questioningly.

I shake myself back to reality, noticing Carrot and Granite.

"I...don't think she's trying to kill herself, actually.  Uh, but she definitely needs some medical attention for her leg.  Can I trust you two with her while I go get somepony to help her?"

I turn to Friesden.  "I'm glad you can feel, Friesden, but your leg needs help.  Please don't injure yourself further while I go get one of the doctors."

"Yes, yes, suicide has oragne," I mutter.
Looking back at Khenal I say, "I don't think she'll commit suicide, ponies usually have more... despair when they're contemplating suicide, she doesn't have that right now.  Which makes this whole thing even scarier."
