"What the buck?!"

I quickly remove the knife from the wound, trying not to damage Carrot any further.  I then replace the soaked bandage with a new one.

'Um, how much is too much?'

[Dsarker]

"More than a quarter of their total blood, or a litre to be on the safe side."

[Impending Doom]

"What did you... Kulet's tits Khenal, why did you do that!? Nevermind, it's going to bleed faster now. Take the end of your hoof and pinch the artery closed, then tie off the whole leg with that fabric."

Starkey continues administering breaths and compressions.

[Dsarker]

"You...you took the knife out... Don't do that again, please. The knife would usually have applied pressure and lowered bleeding. You'll need to clamp the two ends shut now."

[The Master]

((Just want to let you know, i'm not killing off Psycho.))
Psycho has been awake for a while now, but FAR too weak to be able to talk...until now. Psycho musters up all of his remaining strength, and says "...Look after my kids...when I die..." and then he has a heart attack.

[Khenal]

I do as Starkey says, holding the artery closed while I use the cloth as a tourniquet. 

'How much blood does it look like he's lost?  I'm not very good at guessing liquids, and I don't want him to die again.'

"Uh-oh"

[Impending Doom]

Starkey continues with renewed vigor.

[Dsarker]

"I can't see through your eyes, Khenal. You'll have to guess. Best to avoid it, though, chances are high of infection. You'll need to keep him hydrated."

[Khenal]

'What kind of electric shock will get his heart beating again?  Quickly!'

[Dsarker]

"Any! You might need to repeat it if it doesn't work."

[Khenal]

"I hope this works.  Starkey, get off him for a moment, I'm going to try something."

My horn begins crackling with a charge of electricity, ready to try to shock Carrot back to life once Starkey is clear of him.

[Dsarker]

"You'll need to deliver the shock to the chest, as close to where the heart is as possible."

[Impending Doom]

"Whatever it is, do it quickly!"

Starkey backs away, ready to jump right back in if this doesn't work.

[The Master]

Psycho begins to turn deathly pale. He doesn't have much time left.

[Khenal]

"Here goes!"

I lean down to place my horn as near Carrot's heart as I can, then release a strong shock into him.
