It DOES feel like Christmas already! OK guys, suggestions on what epic amounts of fun I can have with these... and... GO!

1)Insert Goblin into pit.
2)Insert Water into pit.
3)Insert lava into pit.
4)Mine resulting obsidian (Smoothing and engraving optional, but won't affect performance)
5)Load catapults.
6)Destroy goblin invasion using its own species as ammunition.

Well that went better than expected.  He went nuts and punched a rabbit to death, then the dogs and the whole dining hall ripped him to shreds.

You know, I've always had a problem with Magma. Mostly because I can never find a power source for teh epic pumping

3. Flood the pit with bears, leopards, jaguars and badgers.

Find a cool cave creature to be tameable, capture one, and have it kill all the goblins until it has a name. Savescum until it gets a cool name.

This is the reason why I made some minor adjustments to my raws. Goblin leather armour and goblin bone bolts? Sure, why not! Let me go grab my goblin leather flask decorated with goblin bone, filled with dwarven rum and my goblin leather backpack with prepared goblin eyeballs. Perhaps I should put on my goblin bone helm as well. And I mustn't forget to give the ol' goblin skull totem a polish.

I have goblin bone bolts and I have never opened a raw. Is that weird? I thought you could use limbs for bones if they "fall" off the body.

Oh, I've read something similar to that. Probably possible. But in my case intact deceased goblins are dragged off to the butcheries. And then to the tannery. And the craftsdwarf's shop, the leather works and a variety of stockpiles. :P


Selling goblin-giblets to the pointy eared folk is amusing too.

Fine. Why don't you try bringing no animals on embark, slaughtering your [WAGON_PULLER]s, AND NOT EVER TRADING ANIMAL PRODUCTS NOR THE ANIMALS THEMSELVES?????????? Subsist only on plants, and not EVER use leather, meat, bones or tallow. Only cloth and metal for armor (esp. marksdorfs), no using bones from vanquished enemies, and no bringing any meat or leather on embark, and if your dorfs have any leather clothing, forbid it and mark it for dumping.

Huh? You don't need tame creatures for leather, meat, bones, or tallow. Just go out and kill wild ones.

I wonder if it's possible to mod goblin sculls to be fired from catapult.
