((It's accurate and it should work. I'm tired of waiting a day and a half for an answer, so I'll write it myself.))

Lex had heard enough. He may not be able to kill the Doctor, but there must be another way to force the chaos within him out. Slamming his hands into the bullet riddled wall he made stone columns flooded the stairway. The Doctor dodged the flying stone and moved to Lex's side ramming him into the nearest wall. The wall fragmented and cracked as 400 lb of creature collided with it. He pulled himself from the wall and spoke.

"No one is the master of humanity. You should know that by now. We may guide them, but they are the ones that act."

The Doctor picked the Harbinger up by the throat with considerable force. "Without guidance they themselves are like a disease, destroying all that they touch. They must be controlled or cured of their disease even if it means the end of humanity."

Lex was waiting for this. He knew that he wouldn't be able to hit the Doctor, so he made the Doctor come to him. Using his longer hands he touched the Doctor's shoulder. The Doctor started to scream as Lex was lowered to the ground. The Doctor's arm was being deformed and grafted into his side. As the Lex moved closer he did the same with his leg, no sense in letting him escape now. His right side now looked cancerous. Demigod or not he had to have a human body to be infected like he is. He would have to be purified to find release.

"Your men are looking for infected people and biomass. I'm sure that they can purify you with the same flames that you used to purify the city. Now for a few last touches."

Lex unmasked the Doctor. His face was already infected, if seems as if he wouldn't have to graft his mouth shut. He could talk himself to the grave.

((I figure this is the fastest way to the Doctor's death. Otherwise I would be stuck until everyone meets up at the radio station, which would involve a lot of meta-gaming.))

Wei stood before the last creature, puffing slightly from all the high speed acrobatics he had done recently. It wasn't nesscessary for him to do all of them, infact he had concluded that the creatures contained a few key weaknesses that he could easily exploit, and Wei was all about the exploiting. The reason he did them was to analyse the capabilities of the monsters, so to be able to make a good guess to how much of a threat they posed.

As the creature charged again, arms wide, Wei just ran forward and jumped over the creature, flipping in middair and grabbing the back of the creature's head with one hand and twisting in midair so his landed with his feet on the thing's back. The creature struggled to attack him, but other than trying to shake him off, it had no capability to reach him. While those large bladed arms could indeed do quite a bit of damage, he had seen one slice through it's pod without any real effort shown, there was a fundamental flaw in its design. It's head. Due to the large size of it's armoured head, which even he had trouble cracking because the bone on the outside was so thick, it got in the way of it's arms. In order to aim higher, the thing had to literally lean backwards with it's torso, since it couldn't achieve an angle above 30 degrees with it's arms. And while it's segmented exoskeleton was indeed very difficult to pierce, the gaps in the armour where it provided motion for the limbs however, were a different story. The armour on the back of the neck was also nonexistant, leaving a major vunerability.

In short, while the things were indeed formidable to a normal human even an armed one, to a super of the likes of him, these things were far from the perfect being that their creator had claimed them to be.

I've seen better ones, especially ones that looked better.

He plunged his hand straight into the back of the things neck, severing the spine and riding the corpse of the beast down to the ground. Hopping off nonchantly and straightening his clothing. He had a final look around the lab, inspecting the ruins of the lab.

Perfect being, my ass... Still, they are a somewhat capable terror weapon. And if he had an army like he said he did, it could be a problem...

As he started to leave the lab, he felt a prickle in the back of his brain that told him that he was being watched. Wei stopped for a moment, looking around the lab. He had always listened to his instincts, and they very rarely told him lies. Doutless the beast master was watching, probably cursing about how easily Wei had dispatched his pets. But there was something else... Something that hinted at another person... Shrugging, he left through the way he came, picking up Akane's sword after noticing it lying in the corridor.

Next time we meet, I should give this back. A good sword like this is hard to come across now days. Perhaps, I should decapitate her with it?

Hopping into the elevator shaft and lifting himself up it with tendrils of blood, he ran through the events of today in his mind. A chase, a fight over some trucks, a meeting with a nonhuman super, these dockyards and those beings of incredible power... Quite a day, to be sure. As he surfaced and stepped out onto the ruined rooftop, he could see in the dockyards below that the guards were almost completely gone, the last of them running into the streets.

Well, at least I have made something of today. These will sell nicely. Time to go see what else is going on in the city.

Hearing their boss screams approaching them the door guards were on edge, holding their flamethrowers in front of themselves with shaking sweaty hands. Something slid across the floor. The black shape cried in agony from the position of his misshapen cancerous limbs. The guards cautiously walked towards the blob.

"What the hell is it? Looks infected." one of the guards whispered to the other. They pointed their flamethrowers at the blob. It didn't matter that they were in the middle of a building moving it would be too risky.

"N...NO, WAIT... DON'T." the Doctor tried moving, only to be greeted by pain from the oddly placed muscles. He was immobilized in pain and unable to concentrate.

"Holy shit. It's alive!" With that they squeezed the triggers on their flamethrowers filling the room with the smells of burnt flesh, and cloth. The cancerous mass writhed in pain screaming loud enough to shake objects off the tables, as the screams continued two distinctly haunting voices could be heard screaming. One of the flamethrowers stopped, and the Inquisitor loaded up another canister. "It just won't die. Purge the unclean, bitch." The screaming grew fainter and then died off. Two lights flew out of the Doctor, but dissipated before they could get too far.

Your job is done here. I hope you finally made it home after so many years. Lex dove out the stairwells window back to Central Park, a fire would soon burn the radio tower to the ground.

Ulysses noticed that Wei had shrugged off his presence. He didn't want to go unnoticed. He felt he could make a difference in the city. Whether it was good or bad, he didn't care. He wanted to make a change for better or worse and he felt the best way of starting that was to communicate with someone who has power of some sort. Ulysses had observed how easily the man had dispatched the beasts, and decided to follow him. Give him a proper haunting, you see. Creeping up behind him as he walked off, he cackled a most horrid chuckle, enough to send one of those creatures back there running.

((There are no more beasts in the lab. There were only 3, and Wei just killed them all.))

As he looked over the dockyard, he heard something sounding like a chuckle of some kind behind him. Wei's instinct prickled once again, and it turned into annoyance soon after. Checking behind him to see noone there, he rolled his eyes and turned back to the yard.

I might have some company right now... Best to check, just in case...

Sighing, he turned around and spoke to the air.

"Yes, I did hear that. Now whoever you are, if you want to talk then do so like a sensible person, or I will just have to ignore you."

Zeox stopped his bike just outside of Central Park. Jules had to be somewhere near here. Carefully he pulled out the container of gel Peter gave him the day before.

Kine picked himself up off of the floor. "do. . Any of you. . .have food? We need to kill . . .that beast. . .together. . .we can do it.  . .but I need to eat first."  ((all right people, the day is going to be ended soon. We just need your cooperation to take down jules. The whole unbeatable boss thing really threw this thing off. Let's just finish this day and get the blood pumping again.))

A large shadow passed over Zeox, it was flying to the opposite end of the park.

"Found you"

((I meant that if one of them had been alive, it would have scared the crap out of them. I was basically saying that the things back there must have been pretty brave, no matter how dead they are. And I assume that they must be pretty dead.))

The apparition was surprised. Very few people react that calmly when a ghost effectively screams in your ear. "Ah, I am very sorry, sir. I forgot to introduce myself proper. Then again, it was rather rude of you to disregard me back there. My name is Ulysses, and the reason you can't see me at this moment is simply that I am dead. You see, its hard for me to create the vibrations needed to make noise, especially when trying to construct a sentence. It really takes a lot out of me to try to anchor my restless soul to the corporeal realm, even to do something as simple as producing a vibration in the air. It is much easier to make primal noises, such as laughter and other basic expressions. I do apologize, and hope that you would introduce yourself to me. Please, do not be offended if I have to lie down for a while, for this speech is rather lengthy and as a ghost, I cannot sleep. You don't have to worry about boring me to death, either!

He laughed rather heartily at his corny joke, but quickly sat down on the curb.

Wei frowned for a moment before speaking.

"So, it was you who was watching me down there. I thought I felt something watching me, but I wasn't sure exactly what. I know all sorts of people who don't need to be in the same area as I am, just to watch me. One of these fellows can even levitate his severed head apart from his body, while still being able to see and function just fine. And, I don't really care if it was rude or not, I was somewhat preoccupied."

So, his guy is dead. With such an annoying personality, I'm not that suprised. Still, he might be useful...

Taking off his glasses to rub between his eyes, Wei looks into the air and continued speaking.

"So, now dead people are talking to me. Fantastic. That's just all I need lately. Look, I have quite a bit on my plate at the moment, and I might have to dash off to go kill someone in a moment, if he does something stupid, like sending an army of faulty 'perfect beings' to attack the city. So, before I run, I have to ask you something. I am always looking for useful people or beings and I am interested in letting you do things for me, not in violent means if that's not your thing, but in information gathering and recon work. Are you interested in working for me?"

"I'm sorry, I'm afraid I might ramble on again and pass out or something. I'm not entirely sure whether ghosts can do that, but nevermind. I may be interested, especially if you treat me well. By the way, if we ever have to go to a church, count me out. Those places aren't good me."

By that time, he was all tuckered out. He laid down on the sidewalk.

Pass out? I didn't think ghosts can do that. Still, I suppose he could be useful. Also, make sure to check what else affects him.

"Your dead Ulysses, you can't pass out. You just think you can. All I really need you to do when working for me is to just find and watch people, perhaps distract someone when I'm fighting them, and thats all. And since I am a man who doesn't have much paitence for failures, I will treat you according to your success, I think that is only fair. Do we have a deal?"

PTM was kind of shocked when the strange green-eyed man disappeared. He, however, knew from what the others ere saying that he wa some kind of demigod from the Aetherplane, and quite a threat... He knew he had no other choice but to find him and fight him and destroy him. So PTM hea outnof the building in search of this "Jules".

And found him flying above a park. "You call yourself humanity's master, huh? Not likely!" PTM took out a pebble, expanded it, and knocked Juled out of the air, who promptly got up and charged at PTM.

Lex landed outside the radio tower and began looking for something out of place, Inquisitors, biomass, or anything that would be considered odd. As he ran towards the center of the park he saw something. A boulder smashed into the ground sending soil flying. A floating green glowing figure deflected a boulder. The figure wore a trench coat that looked torn and worse for wear, Lex had seen it when the Doctor fought with the mysterious green eyed man. Chances were that he was the one that the Doctor was after. He let out a loud inhuman howl and lunged forward into a sprint, his sage cloak flapping in the wind as he ran on all four. It didn't take long before he found himself on the other side of the park where Jules was. He rammed the figure that was charging at what appeared to be an extremely tall dwarf. Holding Jules by his collar with all his weight on his chest he asked:

"Who are you and why was the Doctor after you?"

There was no answer, he just touched Lex's hand where a small amount of biomass grew. Lex rolled away and Jules stood up again.
