Zeox was beginning to tire. The battle with the apes had  been dragging on for a while now. He had been bashed around multiple times. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed a condemned building.

"Guys! Lure as many of them as you can over to that building over there! I have an idea!!"

Alex slabs while the ape is off balance, cutting it in the side.  He then starts falling back towards the damaged building, taking any oppurtunity to hit it but not pressing the attack.

Kine watched from above, seeing the super's plan enacted. "Well well, looks like the freaks have got themselves a plan." He crawled down the building, and got behind a group of apes, herding them with well placed tentacle thrusts into the air. Eventually, he began nearing the building.

Rick (Nothing manipulating scientist):

Ugh, what happened last night? Rick begins to slowly come to. He hears sounds of battle and someone yelling about leading the gorillas to a building, so he presumes that the fight is still on. He sits up and looks towards the fighting, seeing the building the man was talking about. I sure could use a good cup of espresso right now.
He passes through a tear in reality, ending up on the roof of the condemned building. Not really having any direct crowd control skills, he decides to get creative. He channels his energy to delete large pockets of air in and around the condemned building, creating a vacuum effect identical to that of a space ship being ruptured, pulling in the apes. He is extremely careful to balance out the pull on the building itself, lest its already damaged integrity give way.

James (Evolution)

Standing on the bloody mess that had once been a gorilla, James looked around. He wanted to know what was happening, so he walked up the street for a few minutes, following the path the police car (and the gorilla) had used a few minutes ago... And ended up looking at a battlefield. A battlefield with a lot of strange people, and gorillas.

"What the hell is happening here?"

He was not really afraid of the apes (for now, his skin was made of rock, he was so heavy no monster could throw him around and he was as strong as them) but in his confusion he simply stared at the battle for a minute or two.

Aaron finally wakes up, his head banging, his hands shaking.
"Need to get out...."
He then trys to move the barrels out of the way, but fails.
"LET ME OUT!"
A tiny crack was made in the formation of barrels, but big enough to climb through, he starts climbing....
And gets out.
"Fina-"
But before he could finish, a ape grabbed him by the torso, how will he escape?

Arthur was still monitoring the ape network. And it seemed like only 7 apes remained. As he was confident that they would be mopped up shortly, Arthur started making his way to the place of the events. Partly because he was curious what other supers might be like, and partly because he was a bit concerned about his lack of direct offensive powers. Other supers being the most direct route to somehow weaponizing his own powers.

Arthur was certain this was just the beginning, and he would need something a bit more stable than badly protected military missile drones.

Karl jumped out of the chopper as it hovered about 6 feet from the ground. The chopper was already rising by the time his suited feet hit the ground - the landing was light despite the mass of the suit as its legs flexed with suprisingly good timing to take the load. 50 meters ahead of him was where the subverted missiles hit - obvious impact damage to the street and buildings, and what appeared to be a number of dead apes. According to his local intel data a small scale engagement was going on in and around a large building a short distance away. No doubt his designated quarry was involved along with some other assortment of freaks... Karl set off to ssee what "help" he could provide to what would no doubt prove to be a rag tag group of combatants, whilst warming up the suits targetting and weapon feed systems...

Arthur had reached the location of the events, only to see someone jump out of a military helicopter in a powered suit. Quite an informative suit in fact. Apparently inside was a man of good physical condition, with a small amount of caffeine in his body and a blood type of AB+, and he was booting his weapons systems, and many other pieces of information that wouldnt be very useful for someone who isnt a doctor.

Arthur started carefully following him. Could this person be here because of him?

DAY 1

~Kaleno City~
Time 8:05 A.M
Place: Industrial District

Almost as quick as it started, the situation winds down...a variety of Heroes from all corners of the city, and other cities answer the call-much faster than any official response could...

As often happens, one slowly sees order emerge from chaos-the Supers begin to find a groove-they begin working together, and supplementing each others powers. But, there are losses, and some die of course...others are shown being captured and pulled into vans by white suited men, which is a terrifying sight anyone.

The apes, cornered and mostly defeated, are chased into a building which is summarily collapsed...one can pull back, and can't quite avoid the obvious criticism-Supers did almost as much, if not more damage than the apes themselves. Truly, that nights Channel 11 broadcast said as much...

Quote
"We're here with the esteemed billionaire and Technical Genius Arnold Powers-inventor of the "Buster" Powered Armor system. He's agreed to come on our show tonight, and give us his own take of the horrible devastation we saw today...
"Thank you...It's an honor to be here.
"Please, continue. You recently released a book called the "S-Factor.", right? Some of your viewers are no doubt unsettled by what could be considered firey rhetoric on your part, concerning the super hero community."
"Dangerous times require bold actions...just do the math. The Heroes destroyed almost 5 blocks worth of businessess and factories, and for what? kicks? They're out of control-and I've outlined the reason in my book-and we need to put a stop to them. Registration, Survelliance...containment.
"Containment?"
"Supers need to obey the laws like everyone else...this time next year, my Buster suits will be available to every nation and city that requests them, as an affordable price. They'll allow the common, pure blooded man a fighting chance against the degenerate mutant filth that...

At that point, most people turned the channel-but not nearly enough of them. Later, there was a report about a woman who died in the attack-an undeveloped light manipulating super named Ryn Andrews, who was the daughter of the Famous Hero "Supernova"-though they had a falling out years ago, he has vowed to hunt down the person or persons responsible for her death and make them pay. Given Supernovas history of violent, overzealous actions against criminals, it's likely he will.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most of the Supers take a moment to rest-they've contained the threat for now...they get the answer soon enough.

The Apes implode, with no warning, leaving only grisly balls of meat, steel and bone. In their place, a small silver orb floats out, hovers to ground level and broadcasts a holographic image of what looks like a elderly gentleman in formal wear. He seems not to notice them, at first-then, with a well practiced look of smugness-turns to address them.

"A congratulations on your victory, Heroes. A fine match, if I do say so myself. You defeated the creatures in a record 36 minutes and 45 seconds...but, not all were that lucky. Indeed, you'll find I've organized attacks all up and down the Seaboard-with the intention of procuring subjects, of course. For what purpose, I'll allow you to ponder...I suppose if any of you are still standing, you can try to receive you comptriots from the vans before they reach their ultimate destination...that would be fun to watch.

Oh yes-call me "Beast Master" It's a bit cheesy, but Super Villian names are difficult to think of these days. Cheerio!"

There is a collective groan. *Another* one? Didn't they just kill the "Sky Master" not a week ago? And "Lord Chaosium" before that...turns out, there is no shortage of meglomaniacal villians these days...several of the Heroes, either with their powers or from conventional communications, detect several large wheeled vehicles moving from the area. Pursuit is an option, but to what end?

...

The sirens of the Buster Squads are going to show up soon-maybe in the next half hour. Even to supers, they've quite dangerous...what the heroes and villians alike do now, is up them.

((Alright, someone else can start to move the day in whatever crazy direction they want to take it lol
In fact, I might do something else with this...thinking.))

The ape imploded, A very bad site to be honest.
He hears sirens in the distance, and starts to run to his hideout, a small cave.
"Ahahaha! Nice to meet you, stupid apes!"
